    Margaret I just love you. I love how you point out how women’s bodies are different than men’s, because of our reproductive organs. Yes….😄 I also love the way you shared how our abs can be extremely “functional” and how we may still have a lower belly, particularly if we had babies! You are invaluable to our mindset, do you know that? Keep educating us, we need to hear these points while our culture continues to preach the impossible. Thank you so much!

    my dear can there be any moves for movement restricted disableds for lover body especially belly fat ... Most of the moves on foot like torso twist and hoe downs can be done but not as well as a normal spine people... I wanted to ask your suggestion for belly ... this is most problem area for a disabled people working on chair all day...
