Margaret, I don’t usually comment on YT but this upper body release was amazing! I’m breastfeeding & cosleeping with my toddler and carry major upper body tension. This felt so good! Will probably do this daily for a while. Thanks!
Just tried this for the first time and wow! After BF #3 for 11 months I’ve gotten into a rounded back posture. That last stretch was incredible! Felt major stretch and tingling through my armpit on one side-a side I’ve been experiencing numbness. Very interested to see how that improves now! Thanks for sharing!!
I have carried so much tension in my neck and shoulders for so long. This is a Godsend. I'm doing it everyday & please do a package of your wonderful stretches when you can. I'll purchase it. Your breathing package has helped my spine open up and it was extremely tight. Still working on the breathing because I love it! Thank you Margaret. You cover the body as a whole and that's why I enjoy your UA-cams & workouts.
PBS stretch (hands interlaced behind back) is always uncomfortable to me, even if I use a strap. It never feels like a release. I did get a some nice pops and release from the stretch that start at 12:37.
Haven't done TTapp in 20 years. I want to shrink waist, meno-pot and saddlebags. Would please comment, which one of your courses would be good for these specific areas? Asking here since this is your most recent video post.

Thanks for your comment! For those needs, I'd recommend either the Healthy Hormones class series, or the Tempo Lower Body workout!
