I’ve been having problems with having to urinate frequently while watching the video it never occurred to me that my bladder could’ve dropped down and maybe that was the cause of my problems. Do you think that doing this move would help me? Also thank you so much for the Tuesday tips!💜

I would definitely give it a try to see if it helps! Sometimes there can be too much downward pressure on the bladder, or fascia adhesions around it, and this move can help retrain the muscle girdle that helps hold things up!🙌🏼☺️

In the instructions, you mention "tighten- release, tighten- release". What part of the body are we tightening? Thanks.

You'll be tightening the core muscles in the belly, underneath the fingers! You'll want to do a little "cough" to make sure that the muscles engage.

I remember Teresa doing this in the longer video when I first met her. Thank you for explaining the benefits. Do you have this incorporated into any regular workouts? Your new Tone in Ten?

Yes, this is in my new class package, and in all of my other floor workouts, too!

I'd guess that it's best to do this with an empty stomach...?

Yes, ideally! Or at least an hour or two after eating.
