    Oh my gosh, I had some major breathroughs today. I felt the energy moving inside my body then I was able to do the balance sequence all the way through without screwing it up! I just let go and did this workout today. Thank you Margaret.

    I particularly like the balance moves at the end of this one! If I do this on the same day as the T-Tapp Basic routine, would you recommend walking then Basic or the other way around?

    Is there anyway to move the ads to the beginning and at the end? And not throughout the video? I use this video multiple times a week and even recommend it to my clients! It didn't always have ads like this.. I know they are necessary to make an income, and rightfully so. We are all thankful you share this for free!!! But is it possible to place the ads in better spots and not 6x throughout the video? I know we're all thinking it, so I want to ask :') I would DM you but idk how on YT, feel free to delete this comment after lol Thanks either way ! Love doing TTAP with you

      Thanks for your comment! Unfortunately, I don't have any control of the ads on UA-cam videos, and I do not make any income off of the ads. This is how UA-cam makes money, as it is a free hosting site, and why they have the UA-cam premium option which has no ads. As this is where I post free content, I have dozens of videos available for purchase that have the option to download to your computer, which is what I recommend, if people would like to have these on their computer to view on demand!     Is it just the moving of lyphm that helps you get smaller or is one exercise program better than another? I have about 70 pounds to lose.

    So is this routine for general health only or for weight loss, too?

      It's great for lymphatic health but also inch loss/weight loss too! I have testimonials from clients who notice muscle gain and fat loss when incorporating it regularly. There are some of Teresa's original videos on UA-cam as well, hers was called "step away the inches!"

      @@mb.fitness Thank you - all that is great to know! I'm mainly trying to lose a little excess weight from menopause, mainly around the belly (where I never used to have extra weight before!). Would you recommend this routine or one of the other T-Tapp videos such as Basic or Tempo Torso?
