  • A little Christmas gift from me to you: a brand new lymphatic walking workout!
    Many people are traveling for the holidays, or have a lot going on. This workout (like all of my walking workout classes) can be done in just 5 square feet of space, no equipment required! The T-Tapp style lymphatic walking workouts are incredible for supporting lymphatic drainage, decreasing puffiness, water retention and inflammation, as well as improving circulation. But most of all, they just make you feel GOOD.
    This workout features some brand-new moves I've been using in my own routine. It includes some form tips at the beginning, and a few cool down stretches at the end.

    Thank you so much for posting this! I found it super challenging for my brain compared to a lot of the other walking workouts and I loved it. It’s great to feel this good in my 3rd trimester with almost zero swelling! Excited to see you share your baby with us very soon!

    Thabks for this. Ive been in the hospital for a couple days with a really bad crohns flare and im 36 weeks pregnant. My legs have been so swollen and today adter having some sort of pain relief, i finally decided to look for a more proper workout besides my daily steps rushing to the toilet.
    Im hoping this will help with the swelling and maybe mitigate swelling with the steroids their having to give me.
    I cant do all the moves with all the IVs and thinfs im hooked up to bit its something.
    Is there another one youd recommend that might be a little bit slower for less mobile people?

    Congratulations hope you both are doing great. I have a question. T tapp basic plus says to do for 14 days then every other day after the 14 days. What workout should you do on your day off from basic plus.

    Also im having major lower back pain that comes and goes. Its my first pregnancy and its hard to tell whats pregnancy related or crohns related but was wondering if theres any movements or tips youd have for that back pain. They've monitoried me and said im not in labor. It feels almoat like intense period cramps but not quite. Sometimes heat pads help or tiliting my pelvic area in, idk if that helps.

    Love this workout Margaret. You are doing great while being pregnant. I've had sciatica. It's not all gone yet but it's better to where I have to work out. Thank you.
