    This is a great reminder! Thank you! My posture has changed since working from home and sitting more at the computer and phone. This practice will give my tight traps and pecs some relief!

    You are my favorite exercise channel. I find I have more energy after your short & sweet workouts. I am not saying this one is a workout ! It is helpful for good body mechanics.

    Thanks, Margaret! This requires some mental gymnastics for me because I have one shoulder blade lower than the other one possibly due to a minor curvature of the upper thoracics, or because I carried a heavy backpack when I was in school. I tried this and it feels nice and warm and sore along the bra line. :D
