Hello Beautiful! I’m so grateful for being alive today! I was hit by a Taxi, about 14 years ago and have been slowly working on getting back in my pre-accident shape. I’m still not fully there yet but I use a walker rather than a wheelchair and can make my own food. I’ve been vegan since I was 15 and am now 50. I adore you and all the information you share! I am grateful I have a job where I get to coach and train after school program instructors on how we create intentional safe and inclusive spaces for one another in the workplace and for our students. Training series are really long days and a LOT of thought and planning on my end, but can be really rewarding watching people from different backgrounds bring their individual strengths and unique talents together to create something special for a school year as team. I’m so very grateful for my boyfriend as he has been an amazing support through my prep, and has been so understanding when I get a little bit snappy sometimes because I’m hungry or I don’t want to go for a walk because I’m too tired. Hello 🎉❤😊 I am so grateful to God that I found you, I only recently switched to vegetarianism, the first thought that I would lose my shape, even if it is not particularly outstanding for me, but I was thinking how to gain muscles without meat and then I decided to look for it, if there is at least one person in fitness who succeeds, then why not try thank you for your work, you are very energetic, open, it's obvious, you charge, of course I don't understand everything, since Russian, but I try to read with subtitles, at the same time I will learn the language from you, it would be very interesting if you share your knowledge, thank you very much
