Yes!!! Couples. My husband is not vegan but my son an I are. I don't let meat in the fridge it grosses me out. My husband tries to eat what I eat but he always ends up undereating because he doesn't like the food. More ideas would be great.

Ive been trying to learn more about putting the weight back on for healthy period, healthy brain, and all around health in general but its hard to find info because it seems every instagram influencer hides this important stage due to followers ignorant opinions. Ive been trying myself but I don’t understand yet how fast I should be putting the weight on, are there clear signed that I should stop, if should i stay on maintenance and for how long? Etc. I thank you for putting some info about it and addressing the situation. I look forward to learn more about this phase ❤️

I always worked with a coach, this is the first time I'm doing my own improvement season. I highly recommend getting an experienced coach that will help you navigate your improvement season... so you can take advantage of this time.
Oh my gosh. I hate Bulgarian split squat too!!! Is it necessary? Is there something else to do beyond that? Looked up so many pointers and just can’t get it. Foot cramp pain knee pain hip pain. Ugh. Also yes on couples full day of eating. Also don’t know if you did this recipe yet but added pumpkin protein powder pudding mix and milk (and of course pumpkin spice. So delish!!! Inspired by your cookie dough with the pudding mix.
Do you have a video of just meal prep ideas for the week? Want to maybe start trying to do some form of body building but macros always confuse me. I usually eat high carb low fat whole foods and cheat days are on Saturdays
