This was so interesting! Thank you for sharing. You are an incredibly hard worker!
Thank you so much!
I'd watch more of these catering events super relaxing
Relaxing?! That wore me out 😂
I am absolutely going to sign up for your cooking classes! Your food always looks amazing!!! 🩷🩷🩷
Awesome video! Such insight into your chosen profession and you did such a great job. Thank you! I really enjoyed it. Subscribed 😋
Buffet looks fab. Yum. By the way in Texas Hispanic groceries are where to find your tamarind concentrate. Lots there, even tamarind soda pop. Or unprocessed tamarind.
Hispanic markets are a gold mine for adventurous cooks!
Looks wonderful! 😍
This was such an exciting video and your food, especially the curry, looks so good!
Abby, Beautiful job and much hard work! I l enjoy your videos so much I thank you.Happy Easter!
Thank you! You too!
Yeah, one of my friends has a catering business and I help him sometimes just for the "fun" of it and it is so much work. Its not uncommon for him, his wife and crew to put in a 16 to 18 hour day the day of the event.
I have a suggestion along the lines of the coconut macaroons. I don’t know if they freeze tho: a rice crispy treat. But wait! It’s a salted caramel rice crispy treat. It’s a crowd pleaser even for the snobs because of the sc element and it’s as easy as regular rice crispy treats. It’s always what I bring to events and it’s a huge huge hit. They keep in fridge forever (or almost). Paula deen has a great recipe for these.
Whoa! I’m tired just watching. Looks amazing though and you are so incredibly talented!
Wow great video ! Love the taste of Lemon Grass . I’ve rarely seen anyone use it . Thank you .
I love watching your vlog. My son is a JWU graduate and just as passionate about cooking as you. His specialty is also Asian, but more Korean cooking.
This was great content!!!
Food is difficult. You hv to be in fairly good shape, organized and like you said you really hv to love this industry.
I love it, went to school for it but cant work in it due to my health but I love watching chefs work their magic. ❤❤
I’m impressed and I’m a HUGE pad Thai lover
I like to walk in place when I prep food to get my step counts in. Perfect for caramelized onions.
Well done great info..
I love your channel! What do you do with the leftovers?
They stay with the client. 😊
Your Amazon link isn’t working. Just thought you would like to know.
Not sure where in Florida you are but FOODTOWN in riveria beach has tons of ingredients
Ayy JWU alumni in the house 🙌🏽
That looks amazing and delicious. What a fun shower!
I have to ask, what countries in Asia are your specialty when cooking? Mongolian cooking is nice, as is Myanmar cuisine. Asia is a large continent and the food is not all the same. Let us know what cuisine you are cooking and what country it comes from. Like when you said Thai green curry.
Do you mind sharing your recipe for mango lemonade?
Hi! I just used added mango purée into my lemonade. 😊 I eye balled so I don’t have measurements 😮
@Abbyinthegalley I will have to give that a try! Thank you! Hahaha, I understand, I'm Italian, we measure with our heart!
great video, reminds me of my life. HAHA
More mom and dad 👍
You really gotta love our industry. 😅
Gorgeous
Raw bean sprouts???
🥘🌶️🍰🎄
She has not catered for Hobbits 😆
I definitely understand the food waste. I think people really be embarrassed to eat. Like Chile you know you hungry… 😂
I think you should invest in a vitamix. That dressing was gnarly
If you're so conscious of food cross infection..why do you not wear gloves.? Your Thai red curry has had your ungloved hands in it every step... please wear gloves! & change them frequently
You know coffee stunts your growth, right?
You are a PERSONAL CHEF, not a private chef. Look up the difference.
