      Yes!! Mom of 13 here! NML has changed my body for the better in these last 3 years! I could barely lift 8 lbs and now I’m curling 30’s! I’m a strong (nearly) 42 year old thanks to NML!😊

    I just started round 2 of this program and increased my weights to 25 ibs! I am 30 weeks pregnant and every time I complete one of your workouts I feel like I am that much more capable of a natural, unmedicated labor and delivery! Keep it coming!

    My 4 year old son is watching me and during the quarter get ups he brings me a weight and says mom you need something in your hand like the TV 😂. Thanks for a tough one ladies!!!

    Finished up 1 round of strong 20 last week. I thought it was easy so decided to start this program this week. Also tried increasing my weights to 15’s. So far the challenge I need in my health journey.

    Holy Bananas!! I decided to try this workout (66 1/2 yrs young - lol) I previewed the workout - knew it would be touch but wanted to challenge myself. Trying to get stronger. Did my best (I adjusted as I needed)and so I didn’t fail. Used 15 lbs. - bodyweight for step ups - I have knee issues.

    I woke up at 5:50 so I could get this workout in before a full 10 hour work day and I did it despite not feeling great (thank you chronic illness) and being exceptionally tired. I'll feel proud once I'm not so tired 🔥 thanks for helping me start the day off strong, proud, and tired

    Hi Lindsay, I’m a new follower from Canada. First I was not used to the fast pace…gave you a go for a few days…I’m also nursing a shoulder injury that will not heal. But your phrase ‘yes you can’ resonates with me in a special way. I can’t do everything now and my weights have decreased with the injury when I reached being able to row a 30lb dumbbell, a goal I set and made it…then got an injury. It’s been a terrible set back. But I can do some things and I will not give up. I modify when I have to but I CAN workout. Thank you! I feel you relate…I’ve heard you mention a knee issue, so I’m sure you get it. Looking forward to better and stronger days ahead! God bless you.

    I was really slow but I was able to do the last set of chest press with 30’s, which I was really excited about. My arms were so wobbly I had to support myself with my knee for the 3 sec side hold tho.😅 Excited to repeat this program!🙌

    This was an awesome one, girlfriends! I'm in early perimenopause and it's brutal. God led me to your workouts and I'm so thankful for this blessing. I just need to work on my hormones somehow and I pray God leads me in the right direction on that! I have a 3 and 4 year old, so Keep doing what you're doing and making this mama work hard!

    This was tough! 10 seconds rest?!? Yikes! I am a sweaty mess but I feel amazing! The Bulgarians with a press were definitely the most challenging for me today. Launcher push ups are always fun. I really love pushups and incorporating fun mobility moves in between them help me to be able to do them for a longer period of time. Thanks Lindsay and Rachel!

    Soooo I did this workout yesterday... saying that my body is sore today is an understatement. I love the feeling of being sore because it's proof that I pushed myself. However, being sore with 3 small children, one of which is a newborn...😩.

    This was FANTASTIC!!!! I loved the entire workout. Loved the moves, the format, the core at the end… HR stayed high and felt the burn🔥🔥🔥 This has got to be one of most favorite full body EVER!!!!

    Thankful for you, Lindsey! I am the strongest and healthiest I've ever been because of your workouts. I had a crazy urge to go on a short run this morning, and I do not run typically (just 2.5 miles) and it felt SO good and I know that's because of the work I've put in with your workouts. How do you suggest scheduling running with strength training? And by running I mean something like a 3 mile run 😊

    K I missed the first 2 days of Stronger 25 and I'm finally getting them in between my running days this week, oh my gosh! This is my new favorite push workout! Holy bananas from start to finish!
