Finished up 1 round of strong 20 last week. I thought it was easy so decided to start this program this week. Also tried increasing my weights to 15’s. So far the challenge I need in my health journey.
Holy Bananas!! I decided to try this workout (66 1/2 yrs young - lol) I previewed the workout - knew it would be touch but wanted to challenge myself. Trying to get stronger. Did my best (I adjusted as I needed)and so I didn’t fail. Used 15 lbs. - bodyweight for step ups - I have knee issues.

Hi Lindsay, I’m a new follower from Canada. First I was not used to the fast pace…gave you a go for a few days…I’m also nursing a shoulder injury that will not heal. But your phrase ‘yes you can’ resonates with me in a special way. I can’t do everything now and my weights have decreased with the injury when I reached being able to row a 30lb dumbbell, a goal I set and made it…then got an injury. It’s been a terrible set back. But I can do some things and I will not give up. I modify when I have to but I CAN workout. Thank you! I feel you relate…I’ve heard you mention a knee issue, so I’m sure you get it. Looking forward to better and stronger days ahead! God bless you.

I was really slow but I was able to do the last set of chest press with 30’s, which I was really excited about. My arms were so wobbly I had to support myself with my knee for the 3 sec side hold tho.😅 Excited to repeat this program!🙌
This was an awesome one, girlfriends! I'm in early perimenopause and it's brutal. God led me to your workouts and I'm so thankful for this blessing. I just need to work on my hormones somehow and I pray God leads me in the right direction on that! I have a 3 and 4 year old, so Keep doing what you're doing and making this mama work hard!
This was tough! 10 seconds rest?!? Yikes! I am a sweaty mess but I feel amazing! The Bulgarians with a press were definitely the most challenging for me today. Launcher push ups are always fun. I really love pushups and incorporating fun mobility moves in between them help me to be able to do them for a longer period of time. Thanks Lindsay and Rachel!
