This was some sweaty fun! The only move I didn’t love was the squat and row. My dumbbells always graze my inner thighs and I don’t like that feeling. If I did this again I think I would perform 2 bent over rows and then stand and do a suitcase squat in between the rows. Just my tid bit in case anyone else has intrusive thighs 😂 thanks Lindsay and Rachel!

Did this workout this morning and loved it! It wasn’t as hard as that first full body you did, but it was definitely a great workout…sweaty and my triceps are still sore from the other workout…😂😂😂
I already started to notice muscle tone on my legs where I have never seen any before lol. (and I work out a lot...) Also, this first week was absolutely challenging!! I love how passionate you both are, it is written on your faces!! Can't wait to start week two!! :)

I can't seem to feel single Rear dead lifts; I can feel them with both heels on the floor though, any help is appreciated. Thus was a great workout 😅
I would recommend lifting heavier when doing single rear deadlifts! Otherwise stick to basic deadlifts!

I like that flutter kick while holding a weight straight, with the crunch in there. That was a good and new variation on an an exercise.
