    - 25 MIN FULL BODY PILATES FLOW -
    You’ll begin this at home Pilates workout with no equipment in a kneeling position and move with exercises to warm up the body. You’ll quickly progress to lunge stretches and standing lunge work before focusing on Pilates ab exercises.
    This is an intermediate Pilates class and the Roll Over and Teaser exercises are included in this class. You can always opt-out of any exercise! From there you’ll work spine, legs, arms and back for an effective and fun total body workout.
    During this Pilates workout in under 30 minutes you’ll find flowing movements from one Pilates exercise to another for seamless transitions. Feel yourself find your Pilates Flow with this effective Pilates Workout.

    when I heard you say its an intermediate to advanced class i thought oh well i'll try to see what I can do but managed to do most of it and feel amzing . It left me feeling calmly energised rather than hyped. Just what my body needed

    Really great workout. Perfect balance of stretches and muscle work. The flow factor brings up my pulse just enough to give me that smile on the face 😊👍🏻

    That was great Beth! Just what I needed. I was feeling sluggish and not in a great mood and now I feel much better. It took my brain a few minutes to get into the fast pace but that is definitely what helped me shake off the blues! Thank you

    My R knee did not like kneeling at the beginning, but by the time we were kneeling again later in the workout, it was much more comfortable. Amazing what a little intentional movement can do for my inflamed joints!
