Awesome video! I am curious about your thoughts on baby carrots. I use to eat them until I read how they are manufactured using chlorine, even the organic brands. Have you researched this at all? Thanks!
Silly question but how do you get your almond milk to froth?! I've tried a couple different frothers and brands but mine never does! I've had to switch to Coconut Milk instead.
I'm a second year dietetics and nutrition student in Malaysia and I find it difficult to eat healthy at times as I'm always so busy studying but your videos inspired me to practice what I've been taught by my lecturer. Now, I'm going to start eating healthy once again and not make my studies as an excuse to not eating healthily. Do you have an advice for me as I continue my journey as a dietetics student? I sometimes find it hard to keep up in class as I'm actually the youngest in class and am not one of those smart kids in class.

We also use purpose cabbage to make homemade coleslaw, dice & add to chop salads & as JustNatalie mentioned below you can use as wraps for Tacos or Burritos! :)
i also LOVE mason jars! delicious menu- healthy, yummy and no deprivation;) idk how your able to limit your portion to one square of chocolate but good for you!!!
I eat dark chocolate every single day so I've developed a habit of just having one piece :) I usually get 85% or higher which is really rich! I also make my chocolate time an mini experience but letting it melt slowly & not rush eating it :)
Love your videos! I’m not sure if you already covered it, but, what would you recommend for diabetics who have to keep the carb consumption to a min? And for busy people like myself, who can’t always eat mini meals. I do love your ideas! You have a very realistic approach! Nothing too fancy, but nothing too simple. It’s just right!
Great look into your diet! I'm about to start my RD internship and I also eat mostly plant based, but I love how you state everyone is different and there is no judgement! I feel labels are not necessary just what makes you feel good!

I'm a fan of intuitive eating.... so listening to your hunger cues! For the most part, I eat when I'm hungry which happens to be every 2 - 4 hours usually :) I do workout! Typically each morning before my smoothie! I'll create a separate video on my workout routine :)
