I have had sciatica since last year. At first, thought it was a pelvic pain. I was misdiagnosed. Thankfully, the pains are not as severe as before. There were times I had to crawl instead of walking. I have been under physiotherapy since July last year. Because pains are not as severe as before, I don’t go for physio regularly. Pains appear when I walk and stand for long periods of time.

After i used your advice and yoga exercises, i had noticed there was changes in my bowel and my intestines was mourmoring, moving or grinding.Hemmoroid were still under healing too! Bring "Night Jasmine Leaves" (Parijaat) to a boil, then sip the tea two to three times a day on an empty stomach for three months. After a month, you will observe the difference. Exercises for strengthening rather than stretching are what I would suggest. Although stretching will feel good at first, the pain will return after an hour. Everyone being pain-free is what I wish for.
This video was extremely beneficial for me as i started suffering from this pain for the past 1 week.

Namaskar Amma, in 2014 first time I suffered from slip disc and approached many hospital in mumbai Bombay hospital and many more every Dr. Said for operation, but I chose to walk for 2 km everyday and believe me it was a time where I can't walk more than 1 min it will cause pain in my lower body part right leg was burning from inside, but by the grace of God today I'm fine but still sometimes I get the same pain in my lower body as today I'm a mother of a child and don't get time to move out of the house, bz of a baby care n household chores, walking is must for keeping our body healthy and fully functioning

@@krithikaparvathy8690 I started 8 walking for my heel pain, in 1 month my problem solved but lots of dried mucous and blood clots started to clear from my nose, after consulting my doctor I came to know I had severe chronic stage of sinus which got cured without any medications 💊, that too within a month. Still now I walk regularly twice a day for good blood circulation. This is a "ME TIME / SELF-CARE TIME" too, my opinion is it's equal to meditation, as we concentrate to walk on its 8 shape. So Iam peaceful to have good sleep. Usually I say it's a magical walk, walking without talking truely gives deep breathing n there's something special about its shape, this twist n turn walk eliminates waste from our body n so we become healthy.

Did u also feel the pain in your leg..I developed this pain during my pregnancy but pain was only on butt..after delivery it was gone but now from last 3 weeks I started getting pain till my foot..Doctor told me because of lifting baby may be this occurred because after delivery core muscles become weak

I had irregular sleeping patterns in weekends due to second work and realised I pushed a lot physically in last few years.
I am in mid 30's. Luckily I have been eating healthy and no drinking or smoking.
Just looking to do a lifestyle changes to allow enough time for resting as well.
Also, doing Yoga exercises (some physio) & light weight Gym (currently on hold due to severe pain).
I am seeing doctor and got my CT scan done lately.
Trying to manage pain as most of the mornings start with it.
Consume Baidyanath Ekangveer Ras continuously based on the seriousness of your condition for atleast 6 months...you will forget you had any pain 👍

If the pain is caused by herniated disc, these pigeon poses are terrible and impossible to do. One can not stretch a nerve that is pinched, all the stretching just causes more pain and stress on the disc

@@inimay06i cured myself for my l4 and 5 stenosis which was sooo severe 5 yrs back. I cured with excercise and homeopathy medicine for pinched nerve as i am a practitioner too. I am completely normal ,travelled to America many time
Yes absolutely! I also watched some other exercise videos and experienced even more pain. Terrible pains. I definitely should not stretch it.
@@inimay06please go through sukoon physiotheropy dr wasil for that. His excercises for herniated disc with pinched neeve msde me normal. He bans few excercises . Here first exercise shown helps a lot
