Yesterday, I did these exercises around midnight and although disturbed, I did sleep for 6 hrs and am able to sit today. Maybe body healed itself but I think these stretches are sort of miraculous. I’m a day for 4 myself. I was riding my atv this past Sunday (aggressive trail riding) then I woke up Monday morning, I can barely walk. I can’t sleep, I’m in extreme discomfort.

I was having severe pain from Sciatica for 3 months. After doing these exercises for 2 days, the pain was completely gone. I kept doing them every day for 2 weeks, and they fixed my problem. I will go 4-5 months without pain. However, if it shows up one morning when I first get out of bed, I do my exercises and the pain will be gone for several months. Happy I found this video.

@@kanchanmandavale6801 Consider buying your self an inversion swing. Gentle inversion, even for someone who does not exhibit symptoms is an excellent way to relieve pressure on the disc and nerve. Use ice daily or even 2 x day .... not directly on the skin. Do MeKenzie exercises. Good Luck. 35 years in the industry.

I came across this video and I really liked the way you described the exercise. But out of the three tips, the top number 2 - that you should not sit for prolonged period of time and get up and take quick walk after 30-45 minutes. But I am an IT professional, although working from home, it is difficult sometimes to get up once I sit for like almost hours. And at the end of day, I almost cry for my pain from lower back till my knee and sometimes the pain doesn't let me sleep at night (I had my ACL + Miniscus surgery in December 2021). I will follow your exercise for few weeks hoping to get some nice results - if not quick. Thanks for your video 😊

To resistant the pain I always took tramadol seems I'm allergic to the PCM and other pain killers.. Your video really pretty helpful and it's getting better. Thanku so much. I went for a holiday and I helped my grandchildren to do the washing and lifted some washing and in the morning I woke up with a sore back going down my leg. I saw a GP then sent me to do CTScan and the result is I have sciatic pain. I have been to the chiropractor in Melbourne Australia 4times and still got pain. I am flying to Perth Western Australia tonight (Sunday) for 4hrs but I saw your video prolong sitting is not good but every 30mins or 45mins I should go for a walk 🙏👏❤️Thanku 🙏Lord bless👏👏👏
This helped a lot, I had this pain for like 3 weeks from doing backyard renovations. It occured when I was carrying bags of concrete and used my leg muscles for carrying. And my whole left legs had a tingle sharp pain. This exercise really helped out

i lifted heavy weights in gym and then i got this pain a day later, i went to see doctor he gave me painkillers and ask me to take rest but the pain wasn’t getting better i just did your stretches and i feel little relief thank you so much ill follow this for 3 weeks regularly and for gym ill be careful

Hi, this just started happening to me too, also on my left side. Prior to this I was getting excruciating leg cramps in the night. I have arthritis in both hips and knees. I just want to fix all of this. I'm 48 but look and feel young. I don't want to take any medicines, have surgeries or be under medical care. I feel OD sad that all of this is happening.
Wow....I was planning to go to a quick care for my lower back pain today because I could barely walk. Every time I take a step, a sharp pain shoots from my lower back all the way to my foot but I figured to search on youtube for any relief. I bump into this video and followed the instruction. Its crazy how much improvement I have after following these exercises. It was painful at first but after few sets of repetition, it started to improve. Thank you for making and uploading this video.
Thank you so much. I work 8-10 hrs every day on laptop and usually have back pain below the belt line. Yesterday all of a sudden I felt very sharp pain while sitting and working. The pain was so sharp that I fainted and after that I had difficulty even walking. I did the exercises you suggested and just after doing the first two excersises (3 sets) I am feeling great relief.
Yes same here... Instant relief on that 1st exercise... I have a herniated disc... And I wonder how this particular exercise relaxes the pressed nerve... I imagined the disc prolapse needs to be corrected for it... Reading human anatomy now... Nevertheless I feel like I have found the exercise that works for me... So thank you for that

Thanks for this video. Herniated 2 discs in my back like 13 years ago now on top of roofing for 13 years prior to official back injury, so my back pain is constant and isn't really my friend. Hope these methods help. Much appreciated
My pain is on the left buttock ,travels to the groin and feeling norm in my knee. Also when I lay down is but in a seating position or walking it becomes excruciating

Omg! I just came across your channel. I have been suffering with this sciatic pain for 4 years now the first time I couldn't walk for 5 months. I cried everyday thinking I would not walk again. The pain ease up but kept coming back off and on almost every time I do some lifting or gardening or sometimes out of the blue, it comes on suddenly. My doctor sent me to see a Chiropractic doc but that did not help much. Thankyou so much for this video. I am going to try doing the excercises.

I have hand this terrible pain that started on 9/10/21...I have been in agony since, and it’s now 11/16/21..Doctor has put me on Predisone 3 times...It does relieve the pain, but as soon as the pills are finished? The pain is back...I cannot function at all...I cry all day long and just keep saying that this is no life....I just did these yesterday once and twice today..Also have been getting up every 30 to 45 mins and walking for at least five mins on the Treadmill..I’d say that I do feel a relief..I still feel pain in my right buttock some....but I will continue this...and thank you very much..😇💙

I'm glad I found this. I have suffered for this since 2014 because of accident at work by then the pain gets worst then I found physical therapist and help me a lot. Then the pain gets back because sometimes I carried heavy things that I need to avoid too. Thank you to this video I've just did what you've said now and It make me feel better. ❤️

The worst part is the numbness on the back of my arms , I feel like they’re cold all the time cold water makes it even colder
I’m not whining I’m just trying to relate with other people and the pain I’m going through now 🙏

To resistant the pain I always took tramadol seems I'm allergic to the PCM and other pain killers.. Your video really pretty helpful and it's getting better. I had the worst case of sciatica too, l could not walk for 9 weeks I had the most excruciating pain ever,in last year in April. Thanku so much. I went for a holiday and I helped my grandchildren to do the washing and lifted some washing and in the morning I woke up with a sore back going down my leg. I saw a GP then sent me to do CTScan and the result is I have sciatic pain. I have been to the chiropractor in Melbourne Australia 4times and still got pain. I am flying to Perth Western Australia tonight (Sunday) for 4hrs but I saw your video prolong sitting is not good but every 30mins or 45mins I should go for a walk 🙏👏❤️Thanku 🙏Lord bless👏👏👏

This helped a lot, I had this pain for like 3 weeks from doing backyard renovations. It occured when I was carrying bags of concrete and used my leg muscles for carrying. And my whole left legs had a tingle sharp pain. This exercise really helped out

i lifted heavy weights in gym and then i got this pain a day later, i went to see doctor he gave me painkillers and ask me to take rest but the pain wasn’t getting better i just did your stretches and i feel little relief thank you so much ill follow this for 3 weeks regularly and for gym ill be careful

Hi, this just started happening to me too, also on my left side. Prior to this I was getting excruciating leg cramps in the night. I have arthritis in both hips and knees. I just want to fix all of this. I'm 48 but look and feel young. I don't want to take any medicines, have surgeries or be under medical care. I feel OD sad that all of this is happening.
Is this for left leg or right leg?

Wow....I was planning to go to a quick care for my lower back pain today because I could barely walk. Every time I take a step, a sharp pain shoots from my lower back all the way to my foot but I figured to search on youtube for any relief. I bump into this video and followed the instruction. Its crazy how much improvement I have after following these exercises. It was painful at first but after few sets of repetition, it started to improve. Thank you for making and uploading this video.

Thank you so much. I work 8-10 hrs every day on laptop and usually have back pain below the belt line. Yesterday all of a sudden I felt very sharp pain while sitting and working. The pain was so sharp that I fainted and after that I had difficulty even walking. I did the exercises you suggested and just after doing the first two excersises (3 sets) I am feeling great relief.

Yes same here... Instant relief on that 1st exercise... I have a herniated disc... And I wonder how this particular exercise relaxes the pressed nerve... I imagined the disc prolapse needs to be corrected for it... Reading human anatomy now... Nevertheless I feel like I have found the exercise that works for me... So thank you for that

Omg! I just came across your channel. I have been suffering with this sciatic pain for 4 years now the first time I couldn't walk for 5 months. I cried everyday thinking I would not walk again. The pain ease up but kept coming back off and on almost every time I do some lifting or gardening or sometimes out of the blue, it comes on suddenly. My doctor sent me to see a Chiropractic doc but that did not help much. Thankyou so much for this video. I am going to try doing the excercises.

I have hand this terrible pain that started on 9/10/21...I have been in agony since, and it’s now 11/16/21..Doctor has put me on Predisone 3 times...It does relieve the pain, but as soon as the pills are finished? The pain is back...I cannot function at all...I cry all day long and just keep saying that this is no life....I just did these yesterday once and twice today..Also have been getting up every 30 to 45 mins and walking for at least five mins on the Treadmill..I’d say that I do feel a relief..I still feel pain in my right buttock some....but I will continue this...and thank you very much..😇💙

I'm glad I found this. I have suffered for this since 2014 because of accident at work by then the pain gets worst then I found physical therapist and help me a lot. Then the pain gets back because sometimes I carried heavy things that I need to avoid too. Thank you to this video I've just did what you've said now and It make me feel better. ❤️
