You are INCREDIBLE! Your videos are so easy to watch and interpret. I have an 11 week old GSP that will benefit immensely from your instruction. You make a great point about being a leader that your dog wants to follow; a respected leader will be obeyed. We are going to up the exercise and restructure our relationship this week. Thank you a ton! -Rob

Super great info. We have a 2 1/2 year old American Lab, a 2 year old GSP and just brought home an 8 week old GSP with great lineage! Time to continue our plan/work!!

I take my GSP for a walk 3 x a day. He is 2 and half months old, so I am only taking him for around 10 minutes for each walk. The last walk which is in the evening, he really doesn't want to go for a walk and is adamant that he wants to go back home. I also play with him frequently, but mouths and bites constantly, especially when he has his energy bursts, and struggles to regulates his emotions. I then have to walk away as it is just too much.
Thank you again for your videos, they have been so helpful !

We have a 14 week old GSP and she growls and tries to bite us when she is tired and try to pick her up. What can we do to stop this. She is not food aggressive at all!

Look guys I know that you love dogs! And your responsible with your information. But friend, you maybe could get to the point.
As your information is good and intelligent. But seriously long winded. I do some training myself and I suggest to my clients to watch your UA-cam channel as the advice is solid. But 9 out of 10 tell me that you just go off point, a lot.
Don't get me wrong you give great advice. And personally I just do something else until you get to the point then I turn back my attention.
Thanks for what you are doing.
And maybe take a bit of this and chew a bit.

Do i utilize this same approach when my puppy is biting other puppies, to the point of it dragging a smaller dog. I feel like she thinks smalller dogs are game.

Crikey....!!!......I've gone back to being very patient, as patient I can be. Then slapping the little basstad around the face when it's just too much with me or the kids.
I'm making sure it's a last resort and delivered when the pup is in a sustained attack after several "no"s..!!.....I'm hoping I do not cause any hand fear. But I'm pretty confident the puppy I have can cope with this treatment. It's very independent, just wants to hunt in the field, nose down like a beagle. It doesn't care for fuss or treats in the field. It's 14 weeks old. It's ferocious in its attacks at home. But it definitely understands whats going on. It made my hand bleed a few days ago. I slapped her nose quite hard and showed her the blood. Her little face and behaviour showed me she knew she was being out of hand. She was calm and subservient after for a whole 3 minutes
