All of the set ups were achieved on a stock Volvo s60 (non-polestar tuned) with the stock exhaust piping

2012+ R-designs come with the Polestar optimization preinstalled which this appears to be. I have a 2011 T6 with catback and Hilton tune that put down 280 HP and 409 ft lbs on the dyno. Stock was 263h/358t

@@taurussho86 Because the closest gear with 1:1 ratio on the TF80 is 4th gear, which is 1.15:1

I just did a muffler delete and am liking it so far but feel it could be better. I think what I'm going to do is a resonator delete next and install a Borla XS rear muffler and have a cutout valve right before the muffler so I can make it loud with one button. If it's still too loud and drony I'll probably get another resonator.

How loud is it with just a muffler delete? Piss off the neighbors loud? Or is it still quiet enough to drive at low rpm?

@@tupax0705 it's quiet enough at low rpm, cold start is slightly noisy but other than that not too bad. Drone only sucks on the highway.

If you want a nice subtle extra noise but no drone the go for a res delete (40$) but for a loud aggressive sound go for resonator and muffler delete(i just cut out mu muffler so it was free). Just the muffler delete with the stock resonator doesn’t sound that good its too muffled but still lound, no raspiness.

I have muffler delete only on my t6 and it has a nice mellow sound but not really loud. Imo it's a perfect balance of loudness and turbo sound 👌

20$ for the clamps, 20$ for the Y pipe and another 20$ for the pipes. A resonator delete is well worth it but a muffler delete will give you lots of drone

Sorry i read that wrong, the car was 11k Canadian and it was worth every penny, the awd worked great in the snow at 140k km i now have a v60 rdesign and the polestar tune is a most.

Eh... My 2012 S80 3.2 sounds better and has no rev limiter. Dual muffler delete, Magnaflow res, and custom oval tips. Sound way better than this, but is a little drony above 65 MPH.
