Thank you. Glad you liked my lectures
Very well done. Thank you for sharing your knowledge
You're welcome. Glad to hear that you're getting benefit from my lectures
Nice explanation. Thanks for your knowledge sharing.
Thank you. Glad you liked my lectures
You are a great teacher
Thank you for making these videos 🙏
You're welcome
Sir please upload video on pi rna
Sir, RNase H activity of PIWI domain recoginzes dsRNA and cleaves only the target mRNA. Why RNase H cut the target mRNA but not the shRNA or miRNA? Is there any recognition site or something for which RNaseH can recognize that it's the target mRNA and it have to cut and not the shRNA?
Sir, thank-you for this video, can you please add some examples in terms of application of these mechanisms, I think that would be more helpful for us.
New video coming soon
@@shomusbiologyofficial yes sir, I'm eagerly waiting for this.
drosha activity should be highlighted sir
the only difference from your siRNA video is the initial structure of the dsRNA intermediate before incorporation in to RISC, is that right?
Rubin Joseph yes
if the target RNA is double stranded, then what happen.
hi how does dsrna get passed on to progeny cells?
thankyou for all the efforts, sending love
Don't pass on to progeny cell
@@shomusbiologyofficial ohhh alright because i got confused after reading the 1997 research paper ,thankyouu for the reply :))
Please make a video on piRNA
Okay
