- RNAi | RNA interference mechanism - This lecture explains about the mechanism of rna interference also known as the Rnai. Rnai or rna interference is used to degrade target dna by utilising three different mechanism like siRNA or short interfering rna, miRNA or micro rna and short hairpin rna also known as the shrna. Stay tuned to know more about the following questions -
What is siRNA?
What is miRNA?
What is shrna?

Thank you for watching the video lecture on MicroRNA mechanism and the use of micro rna in dna degradation.
Thanks to you, everything becomes clear. Thank you very much for the video and your time
Really helpful !!!
Honestly I''ve found The best one Here. Really Excellent , Clear Explanation .Just amazing. Brilliant ...❤️
Thank you so much for appreciating my efforts
Thank you sir now my concept clear
Thank you Shomu! you ROCK!!
You're welcome
So good to see you back in action again Sir!!!
Thankuuu!!
Thank you.
Sir I am in final year BSc agriculture student, preparing for GATE, and the way you clear all the concepts are just Amazing,my all doubts really gone. your videos are boon for us. Thanks a lot sir ji. 🙏
You're welcome. Glad to hear that you're getting benefit from my lectures. Please subscribe and share
@@shomusbiologyofficial ji sir... 🙏
Thank you! 🥺
Wonderful explanation sir... thank you so much 😊❤
You're welcome
Brilliant 😍
Sir you are my savior with your lecture videos only i clear all of my exams ❤️
You're welcome. Glad to hear that you're getting benefit from my lectures
Hello Sir. Could you please make a video on HACCP course after graduation in bsc microbiology ? Also online sites to learn this .
I have been watching your videos from the past 5-6 years, it helps ❤️
Be blessed Sir
Thank you so much for appreciating my efforts

Very informative
Thank you
Thank you so much sir...
You're welcome
I hope u are fit and fine sir and ma'am too🙏
We are fine now
Thank you sir
You're welcome
at minute 25 you mentioned DROSHA cleaved the loop...it is supposed to be DICER which cleaved the loop right
i cant understand the topic from website. and there's no single video on this topic "oligonucleotide directed mutagenesis using M13 vectors" on youtube
Great lecture nad very helpful.. Can u plzzz tell the history of RNAi bcz I can't find anywhere jahan sy smj aa saky.. Please if u tell me, that great help to me for my exam
Thank u sir
You're welcome
can you make a video on the traditional Viral Culture method and how the PCR tests periodically eliminated the former.
Okay
@@shomusbiologyofficial Thank You sir!
Sir can you pls make a video quality control department in pharmaceutical field. Like their work, which equipment are used their, job opportunity and much more details.
I request you to plz make a video on it.
Okay. I will keep that in mind
Please please make video on "oligonucleotide directed mutagenesis using M13 vectors" please please its urgent.
Plz put ur intro as well sir that uplifts us
Sure
@@shomusbiologyofficial Also can you make a video on dna extraction? I havent found it anywhere. I know u have rna extraction.
🙏🙏🙏🙏thanks a lot
You're welcome
1st view sir😎, your teaching is vry well
Thank you
Hello sir I am from Agriculture graduate I want to know how RNA interference help in pest control ..
Please reply
Wow 👏👏👏👏👏
Thank you
Sir please make video on biotech /biochemistry career opportunities and about bioinformatics short term courses.
Sure
My question is when nematode specific genes are introduced into the dna of tobacco by using agrobacterium vectors ..
Then when it will undergo transcription the whole dna of tobacco with the dna of nematode will form ds rna ???
Or only the specific nematode dna will produce ds rna and the tobacco dna will produce single strand m rna for protein synthesis
How to use, RNAi for insect resistant in plant and disease resistant in plant
Plzz sir explain it practically
Best
Thank you
Thank you sir your health?
I am fine now
Sir, what if any siRNA or mi RNA cleave any specific mRNA, which produces important proteins?
How can we control it?
It can destroy the target mrna and can result in cell death or uncontrolled cell growth
components of rnai ???
Dera Dr. Shomus, you are the only one who can answer this question, if you please: mRNA vaccine comes from INSIDE the cell as opposed to injecting an antigene OUTSIDE the cell, via blood plasma or stuff like that. Questions: does, therefore, mRNA vaccine elicit a DIFFERENT immune response, in the beginnig? an immune response BETTER REGULATED and less direct and less aggressive compared to the classic antigen vaccine?
to make the question more clear: in my humble opinion, mRNA from INSIDE the cell could stimulate MHC1 and CD8+ and INFs , in the first place, BEFORE ANTIBODIES reaction.
I hope it makes a sense, I am NOT a doctor, pardon my ignorance if the case. BIG FAN OF YOURS by the way 😎😎😎
The component of viral RNA will also be considered foreign for our body. So it will react against it as per normal response but the identification of rna as a virulence factor from virus is something we need to see in the vaccinated person's body.
👍👍👍
Thank you
