Really u r a library sir....thank u sir thank u soo much its helping me more than online classes.
Glad to hear that you are getting benefit from the videos. Please subscribe and share
brilliantly explained!
P.S. RISC stands for RNA induced silencing complex.
induced/interfering, same thing is communicated in his explanation.
Thank-you so much Sir for this easy-to-understand explanation, I'm sure I can remember this for longer period of time. Again Thank-you for your Time and Support.
this video is extremely helpful. thank you
would you consider doing one with miRNA and its affect on cancer?
Such a clear explanation!!! I use your lectures as a guide for my Master's prog in the USA. So grateful to you. Great job!!!
You're welcome. Glad to hear that you're getting benefit from my lectures
This video is very helpful and now i understood actual gene silencing mechanism. Thank u very much sir and u have good explanation skill.
salute!!!! explained brilliantly in simplified way...

THANK YOU! This is the best explanation I have seen so far. You should be a professor at IISc or something!
Thank you so much for appreciating my efforts
This is really helpful. I bet this is the most easy, well-explained video on youtube about miRNA :D
Since I'm not really good at English, would someone explain why the last progress is important?
Wonderful lecture! Thank you!
Thanku so much gurujii.....u helped me a lott.....i was nt able to understand the mechanism of rna from book it is totally exausting 4 me but when i found ur video nd after watching ur lecture i understand all d things ......thanku so much sir..🙏
The way you explain is simply impeccable..
Thanks a lot! 😊
+Shweta Tiwari thank you. Glad you liked my lectures
Thanks, very helpful. What can you suggest for my review, be taking comprehensive exam for my PhD soon. Thanks.
had to describe the whole process at the exam.thanks for the help
awsome video.................love to watch it again n again
It is really perfect explanation. I am really so glad to watch it. thank you
Thank you. Glad you liked my lectures
Thank you for the brilliant explanation! Your didactics to teach is great! I have a doubt, and would appreciate if you can help me (I need to solve for my internal PhD defense): are we producing miRNA all the time, or do we need a stimuli to produce it? More specifically talking, are there some kind of food which could make us to produce it? For example, could be that a high adherence to a healthy diet and its phytochemical could "silence inflammatory genes" through the production of some specific miRNAs, which interfere with mRNA of genes related to inflammation (e.g. CRP)? So, in case there is this interference, the mRNA of CRP will not be translated, and so the concentration of CRP in blood will be decreased by this mechanism. Is it correct?
indeed good explained really clear and easy to comprehend, but at beginning you said slicer protein has RNase H, and somewhere to the end when explaining miRNA-mRNA duplex, you said argonout has RNase H activity? :/
Great teacher god bless you
thank you sir.. it was very helpfull
Thank you, this is really helpfull! keep going
Sir, u made it easy . Thank u , and keep making more lectures . Specially these lectures are more helpful in present covid situation because we are not attending the offline classes of my institutions.

Very much cleared after watching ur vdo
Thank you sir. I really love watching your videos , it gives us so much of knowledge. You are awesome.
Glad it helped
thank you , it was very helpfull
awesome video.. thanks a lot BT it seems u change the function of piwi n paz domain... if possible plz reply
thank you so much for this video it was really helpful for me to understand what is exactly Micro-RNA and how it is produced
Though there were some mistakes like in full form of RISC and regarding the overhanging sites. But I loved your way of teaching, you cleared my doubts.
You are a good teacher 👏👍
You're welcome. Glad to hear that you're getting benefit from my lectures
Very good explanation really
very helpful... thanks...
Very nice explanations
thx a lot, that is really helpful.
You really good in explain it all even no matter how hard to understand it
You're welcome. Glad to hear that you're getting benefit from my lectures
thank you for explaining it so clearly
+# OzzyTubes thank you
These videos cleared all my dought thanks sir
You're welcome
Nice video
NB: You are saying 3' overhang while you are drawing a 5' overhang !
What is double stranded RNA , in which type organism it seen or it created in any type of cell depending on situation, what it's role and function. Plz make a specific video on DS RNA.
Also... Full form of RISC is not RNA interference silencing complex.. it's RNA induced silencing complex
Nice presentation
You are awesome sir. All of your videos help me so much in my genetics class I wish I had you as the professor
very helpful
sir i have a question , RNase H is an enzyme used to cleave the RNA-DNA duplex ,but the arganaut (RNase H activity)cleaves ds RNA ...how so ? didnt the specificity got altered ?
Thank you sir. I very much helpful from this vedio.
You're welcome
I liked ur lecture Sir.. R u able to give a lecture regarding TILLING & eco-TILLING
Awsome.. U have explained it very well
You're welcome
very helpful.......thanks a lot
+Alwina Anam thank you
Very good explanation sir. You make rna easy to understand 😊.
Thank you. Glad you liked my lectures
Is there any recognition mechanism for RNase H to cleave only targeted RNA not mi RNA?
great lecture, thank you so much
You're welcome
Hi, can I ask is there any way the target mrna can prevent the miRNA from binding to it to protect itself from degradation?
Thank u very much, you help me whit this video very very much because I had seminar about miRNA at university …🙏🙏
Glad to hear that you are getting benefit from the lectures
Thank you for your effort
+heba abd elgawad glad to hear that
sir...it is awsm....😊.Sir..is there any...online tests are carried out for iit jam..in ur institute???
Sir, it is a humble request to explain identification (bioinformatics tools) of micro RNAs (miRNAs) and mRNA targets.
Thank you in anticipation
Love you Brother from Afghanistan 🇦🇫
That was an Informative Video about RNAi and its Types.

have any lecture about Biogenesis of Piwi RNA?
please help me by giving the link
sir u r great.. thank you so mch fr ds video.. i learned a lottt frm it ☺
+Jilmil Mahanta thank you. Glad it helped
Very very helpful video .Thank u sir
You're welcome
Sorry I dont understand.. how did the double strand become a single strand from the beginning,... to go with the Risc ? please help me out..
Will it be a 3'overhang or 5' overhang?
Sir, do you mean that the pre miRNA is 100-120 nt long or 100-120 base pairs long?
This video was soo helpful Sir.
You're welcome
Thank you
nice lecture
Sir is there any experiment related to Molecular mechanisms that may cause drug resistance to increase microRNA-21 levels in ovarian cancer
So precisely described 👌
Thank you
Very good lecture Sir, can you pls tell me which book I can follow for detailed RNAi
+Anil Malik Watson Mol biology
Sir in the 3 prime overhang of mi rna why the two nucleotide are present in the 5' end it should be present in 3 prime side .
Thank you very much you help me so much
You're welcome
sir can you please, share the reference textbook you used ,for this topic?
Great job. Just one correction the overhang is at 3' but shown at 5'. I am sure you may have already realized that 😊
Your knowledge in diversity is administerable
Thank you so much for appreciating my efforts
Is there a video to explain how scientists use this process to edit genome ?
Great explanation, I'm so grateful.
Dear Suman sir, in ur previous video (basics of RNAi) u said that argonout is a type of RNase III type but sir, here u r saying it is a type of RNase h type. Which one is correct sir?
Good video. Thank you.
You're welcome
I feel good after watching this, do you have video about transcription explaining why lagging and leading strand ?
Yes I do .
you are a great teacher🥺
Thank you
Hello sir, is this 5' overhang or 3' overhang???
He is very very outstanding lecturee, may Allah Pak blessed you☺️
Thank you so much for appreciating my efforts
@@shomusbiologyofficial actually i am from pak, may i get your personal contact if you never mind dear sir, actually i wanna discuss regarding to my study
Nice... well explained sir
You're welcome
isnt it the dicer that posses the paz and piwi domain and not the argonaute protein
Amazing sir
Thank you
What is the work of passenger strand
simply wow ❤❤
Thank you
Great Job
Thank you
in ur previous video RNAi, u said slicer is RNA H and arganout is RNA 3 typ but in this video u didn't talk about slicer and arganout is RNA H.. m cnfused plz rply fast
in mi rna 3 prime end will be overhange. Can you chek one time
I Like it..!!!
