    Amazing how easy you make it look. I'm fairly fit; fit enough to execute these moves when watching you do them, but truthfully, not easy at all. I was able to execute once on the left side but my right side could not put together the nerve connections to carry it out. This will take a concerted effort and much practice to achieve. Thanks again! All praise to your strength provider!

      You’ve got the same strength provider I do. So I know you’ll be able to do this effortlessly soon. On both sides!

    You make it look so easy but it was so difficult for me to do! The staggered legs pose so much of a challenge!

      I’ve had practice! It didn’t start out so easy. You will see, you’ll find it easier with time. Keep up the good work my friend!

    Any suggestions about how to scale this besides “don’t let your body go where it wants”?

      @OriginalStrengthSystem  5 років тому +1

      Actually I said “let your body go where it wants.” Don’t force anything. Move where you can and use your current limits as guides to rub up against or to roll off of.

      I still haven't found Joe Nimbles online in the same color as yours......the US distributor only has it in one color........where did you order yours?

    Hmm. I love this really. But I don‘t get the difference in the movement at 1:50?! What are you doing different?! 🧐

      I think one starts with leg down and one starts with leg already bent and in place.

    Thank God you didn't say, now that you have rolled up and reached out, just do some head nods in this position 😄😄

      Just move where you can. I’m going to make a video with “smaller pieces” to this.
