      @@OriginalStrengthSystem it worked great. Especially for the rolling pattern in the Turkish Get Up. We put your drill right into our group training of our gym. 💪

    Awesome! Sounds silly.... but it seemed like a moving meditation...everything went quiet...at least in my head ha ha. Looking forward to exploring the super...slow...speed....movements - have a great a weekend Tim :-) Ps thank you for sharing such wonderful ideas!

    Excellent video and funny too. You would be a great mime.
    As we age we become more prone to injuries and I find moving slowly alleviates this
