Wow! I have been having horrible pain in my lower back around the sciatica nerve. I just assumed I would just have to deal with the pain forever. Your video popped up and I decided to give it a try. After the 3rd stretch I heard a pop and the pain stopped. I'm literally had tears of joy when it didn't hurt later that day, or the next morning. It's been 3 days and no pain. Thank you Sir!
Remember to do the strengthening exercises to help prevent it getting out of whack. I started doing stomach muscle ecercises and it kept away my pain after resolution, since that was the root cause.
Excellent full explanations of stretches, reminder to do both sides and what to expect if possible. Thank you so much. I am in less pain, no pops yet but very hopeful !
Thanks -- six ruptured disks and 2 compression fractures here, in cevical, thorassic, lumbar, and sacrum. Out of all that, sacroilliac is what pains me the utmost. Well, piriformis -- same area. It's also an area that I've found orthos and pain docs least willing to look at or treat. One neurosurgeon told me he did a piriformis surgery once and will never do one again. So anyhow, big thanks. You're helping people who have limited access or limited response from doctors. A little pain relief goes a long, long way. You're also really great at describing the exercises thoroughly. It can be easy to pickup harmful methods without thorough explanation, and you address that very well. Rock on! Heartfelt thanks.
This video changed my life. I'm 32 and couldn't walk after waking up......I had pain in my lower back, hips, and clear down to my knees. I didn't know what i was going to do I was in serious pain for 2 years. This video allowed me to get going again and play my amazing children, thank you so much. I can't thank you enough .
@@DrRowe, I've been trying to get relief from severe pain in that joint, but all my efforts at trying your stretches, just ramps up the pain afterwards. I can place both fists side by side between my knees, and when I press in with my knees, the right side (the good one) pops, easily. The left side where the pain is at never pops, no matter my attempts to stretch, or efforts to pop it. The pain really hits new heights when I go to bed. I can only sleep with my left leg tucked into my body near my chest laying on my side with a body pillow tucked between my legs. That only helps a little. Heat helps a little, but my skin is starting to rebel against that. Any thoughts?
@@davidgraham2673 What i've done is lay my head down on a table on top of my arms like im taking a nap and stay for 15 minutes. I think the posture loosens the lower back area. Then when the 15 minutes is up, I sit up, use both hands to kind of lift myself upward on the seat, and then move my knees together and press them together hard.
Omg... you are my SAVIOR!!! Two years of pain, MRI, acupuncture, oil packs, osteopathy, stretching, homeopathics, praying and lots of fears because I also had bad stomach and hip/groin pain! I was going to do a cancer scan for my large intestine!! The first exercise gave me two or three pops and the groin pain is gone for now. I love you!!!!
For someone who has been dealing with pain from compressed discs in my lower spine and cervical spine for some time now. I hope that everyone that came to this video in search of some pain relief gets some from this video or finds the answers in the near future 🙏
Woah!! I’ve suffered with this exact pain for 12 years since childbirth. Your first bed/table trick make it pop like nothing before, and without pain!! Game changer. I instantly feel better throughout my whole body ❤
@@tanitshkatanjushanot sure where I said that? I’ve seen and done everything, if only there were a magic button hey?? It’s chronic pain for a reason.. this is just a nice at-home trick and I valued this video. Thanks so much for your very ..thorough.. concern 👍
Since starting as a paramedic I have developed sacroiliac pain; we go from long periods of stasis sitting in the ambo, to bursts of dynamic movements with no warm up. One 10 minute session with you and the pain has been decimated. Walking feels more fluid, and I can sit comfortably. I will be adding these stretches to my daily routine. Thank you.
This is a masterclass. I damaged my SI joints doing something stupid as a youngin. I found that if I don't exercise the supporting muscles then my SI will randomly go out and essentially cripple me for 4-5 days. I'm athletically built. Athelene X has a strength building video that helped me with removing SI joint pain. I highly recommend you find it if your SI joints are just nagging you everyday. The first time I did the simple exercises I was momentarily in excruciating pain and surprised at how neglected the muscle group that supports the SI can get even if you are a busy active person running around all day. This is a great compliment video. It shows you how to loosen and possibly temporarily relieve that SI from a chiropractic standpoint.
I'm 27 and had a bad skiing accident 6 years ago where I subluxated my right hip. My lower right back has been tight for years. Not sure what exactly it is (facet, SI, tight QL) but I nothing I had suggested to me could relieve it, I could never get the leverage (I'm 6'5"). I got terrible sciatic pain about a week ago and spent probably 20 hours looking for and trying different stretches to relieve it. Came across your method 2 away from the wall last night and finally found the stretch I've been looking for for the last how many years. I'm very grateful to you.
I did the first exercise and heard my knee, shoulder and hip pop lighty. I followed up with using a hot water bottle whenever I had pain. I ended up using hot water bottle 2 to 3 times a day for a week. Started exactly a week ago. I am pain free now. That's pretty good for a home treatment I would say. Thankyou.
I have been dealing with excruciating pain with not much relief besides just keeping pushing through. Thank you so much. I have had to beg doctors for help with no luck. I refuse any spine or back surgery. This WORKS. I WISH I MET YOU SOONER.
🎉😅 my daughter walked into my room as I was on all fours,.foot hooked at the edge of the bed, asking what I was doing. After 2 1/2 days off of work, in excruciating pain due to chronic SI dysfunction and EDS, I am finally feeling a good amount of relief, and am finally walking somewhat normally. Thank you 🙏🏽✨️🧘🏽♀️ so much!! @DrRowe
I am 25 yr old nursing student with intermittent SI pain. I have been having this pain for about 3 months now and I didn't know what to do. I tried the third method and got a pop and suddenly everything felt so much better. THANK YOU SO MUCH. I was so worried that I would have to go on my whole life with this and not know how to deal with it. This video was a blessing. I seriously can't thank you enough.
i don't have any sij pain, i just watch these videos cause i find your explanation skills very impressive. no stuttering or hesitation. just clear concise yet still detailed step by step instructions in layman's terms. it is an art 👏👏👏

So THAT'S what I've been cracking all these decades. Around 13 years of age I was sitting in class and I crossed one foot over the other and press the top of my heel in against the bend of my ankle. It would cause my thighs to rise up and I could feel this odd separation feeling down in the sacroiliac area before it popped. It felt great and I would regularly do this as a kind of fidgeting and every time I did, it felt great. I had no idea what a sacroiliac was or the anatomy of the pelvic area at the time, I just know that it felt great :D
SAME we'd have desks ones with seats so I basically did the first part of method 2 on, slouch then separate my legs so they could touch the bars and the reliefff, literally would look forward to that class since it had the desks I could do it with 😭
I did that too! The first time I did it though, I was attempting to spread out sheets that had bunched up at the foot of the bed beneath a decently heavy comforter while laying on my back. With practice, I'm now able to pop that area like that while standing. I flex the muscles in my thighs in a slightly outwards direction, all while keeping my feet planted & as still as possible. The stretch usually gives me a nice pop, especially if I do it while standing up from a seated position.
Your stretches and exercises help me tremendously. I'm 56 years old with lower back pain. There's a million videos out there, but yours help me better than I can explain. Thank you for your help. God bless.
Life saver!! I've been suffering from terrible lower back pain for 67 years. I've tried it all, from accupuncture, chiro, spine transplant to voodoo. On your first stretch I felt it loosen and on the second I broke completely in half! Both my halves are now living more complete, pain free lives! Can't thank you enough!❤
Thank you a million times Dr. Rowe. I did the Method 1 exercise and got the pop. You just sent me free from 5 years plus of nagging pain. Soon as I got up, there was absolutely zero pain and comfort. Everything was back to normal as I was years back. New subscriber here and more power to you and your channel. All the best!!!
I have been struggling with lower back pain/tightness for over four years now. I gave these exercises a shot. Although I found them challenging, more on one side than the other, I followed Dr. Rowe's advice and never tried to "force it". I felt better after doing all of them and will continue doing them on a daily basis. Thank you! You got a new subscriber.
@@TacoMexxxthat's exactly what happened to me except I was sitting on a table I was laying down on the table and as I woke up I felt something pop and the pain and the uncomfortableness started. I'm on day 3 of doing exercises and I'm feeling better but I've not popped it back into place. Hopefully, it'll pop back into place and I'll heal ♥️
I am absolutely amazed at the pain relief I get from your videos. I've had SI issues, as well as other spinal issues, for over 35 years. I was seeing a chiropractor regularly from age 7 to 18 due to scoliosis. When I left my parents insurance I was suffering horribly. 32 years later... When the same pains happen now I use the stretching you recommend and I feel better almost immediately. But it's not just the scoliosis that causes pain now, but also a lumbar fracture from 30+ years ago and a cervical issue from whiplash 23 years ago that cause problems. I've had a cervical fusion surgery and still have intense pain on occasion. Your videos have helped with them all and have helped me avoid a second vertebral fusion. God bless you, and thank you from the bottom of my heart for the pain relief.
Wow!!! I did the exercises today and I was finally able to sit down for an hour, I wasn't able to in 10 days 😢..thank you for all your help❤..I am so glad I found this video
Like many other comments from viewers - for decades I experienced lower back pain that I always assumed was due to a herniated disk - never ever considered an SI Joint could be the source. Thank you so much for sharing this video and these methods of self treatment. In the past after about three visits to a chiropractor the pain would gradually disappear, but I would typically suffer for several weeks with each episode, and they would come occur 2/3 times a year, normally brought on by a lift or, more often, a twist. I came close more than once to seriously considering disk surgery. But what I have learned here has helped tremendously, I am now 100% convinced all my lower back pain history was due to an SI Joint issue. So so thankful I found this video
Two months on and the results have been astounding. These stretches have now allowed all my working days to be easy without felling exhausted due to the back now not eating energy!

I am 21 at the time of writing this, I was having unbearable pain that made it hard to be active in my every day life. The physical therapist I saw said it might take months to fix my problem, and I said I can’t wait that long. This video completely fixed my problem in a single go of method 1. Thank you so much for your help!!!!
Its been 2 weeks i was having severe pain on my left side lower back bcz i bent myself and started that paini tried almost everything home remedies massage belts pain killers whole night with heating pad on but everything was temporary relief mast night 7/16/2024 was worse i couldn’t even sleep and early morning i started searching videos for pain and suddenly i played this video and i tried all the stretches you did and after doing this 12 minutes stretch i stand up and started doing my household after 10 minutes i felt no pain nothing i felt like there was nothing wrong with me my body was back to normal Alhamdolillah… thank you so so much may Allah almighty bless you and gives you a happiest and healthiest life ameen
Brother did u have MRI? I m suffering from this lower back pain in right side. I gone through MRI and it shows L4,L5 and L5 S1 disc bulge …pain is since 1 month and pain is at my right side lower back or u can say on hip or little above hip
Not sure which videos of yours helped me. Perhaps it’s all of them… Wasn’t even sure if sacroiliac joint pain is my issue. However, my lower back pain subsided after following instructions from several of your videos. I’m getting my foam roller next. A new subscriber here. Thank you! ❤
Thank you so much! I am a high schooler on the track team, and I was injured, thinking I would have to wait some time until recovery, but I recovered in a span of 1-2 days! Now I'm ready to run. I also want to be a doctor when I grow up and you are motivating me even further. Thank you again sir.
I’ve been taking Advil for lower back/SI pain for weeks but had been feeling tension there for almost two years and it gradually just got worse. The doctors only wanted to give me more meds because the X-ray “didn’t show anything significant.” I don’t even know what that’s supposed to mean. That first move…oh my god, after 4 reps, it finally popped and released. It didn’t hurt either! (And I can fully feel my hip & foot again.) THANK YOU.
I’ve had pain on my right side for almost two years. I’m so stiff ? I downloaded this one and have already tried a few stretches and I. Sincerely appreciate your valuable information. I keep trying! When I do the stretches there is a lot of pain involved. When I was much younger a doctor popped my back and oh my. Some who read this might want to know I’m a retired IronWorker and had no family members who got me in the Union, it was my hard work and my first Sargent recommendation from United States Air Force. I guess what I’m really trying to say is I worked very hard and I know we all work very hard. If you mention back ache to anyone everyone has back ache 🤒. I’m grateful 😇 to have had a strong back and same time I may have worn it out a bit. Sincerely Grateful, Howard Jackson
Aaaaaaah. So wonderful. If you are hesitating thinking you can't do these, please just take it slowly and try. Each time it gets more stable. It feels so amazing after. Just start somewhere. Trust the process. Follow the video guidelines and you will be refreshed. God bless you.
THIS DR I DONT KNOW YOUR NAME BUT I HAVE REMEMBERED YOUR FACE AND I JUST WANT TO LET EVERYONE KNOW THAT THIS IS ONE OF THE BEST CHANNELS I HAVE CAME ACROSS, UR VIDOES HAVE HELPED ME A LOT IN PAST JUST DOING UR EXERCISES ONCE HAVE HEALED ME, AND I HAVE BEEN USING UR TECHNIQUES ON MY FAMILY MEMBERS TOO, GOD BLESS YOU, YOU HAVE BEEN A GREAT HELP FROM INDIA....
I have had problems in my right SI joint for MONTHS AND MONTHS! so much pain every time I move or walk or lift and i'm only in my 20s! But this works INSTANTLY and always lasts a few weeks. The problem is I procrastinate and don't do them regularly until it hurts again... But still pretty amazing how quickly it works! I don't sub to this channel but over the years it's done so much for me - whenever I have joint pain I always end up finding a video of his for it. Thank you, thank you, THANK YOU!!!!
Ok was sure it wasn't my Sacroilliac joint, but thought it was a jammed muscle or whatever. Hips were really stiff and got a muscle pain surge every once in a while. Had this for almost a week, getting worse gradually, at the end even sitting hurt. Did this once on one side and already felt some light release(no pop or anything). Just did 3 left and right, pain free now, will do 3 each side tonight. Wow what a relieve, it would have taken me another 2 months of pain before I would seek professional help, that's just how I am. I started hanging from a crossbar which usually relieves me from small pains in the back, but I will keep this in my daily/weekly stretches. I only did method 1, gonna try the other ones the other times. Thanks a lot!!
Dr. Rowe, I dont know how I stumbled across this video, (divine intervention?) but I just have to thank you for your second to last exercise where you hook your foot under the knee and twist to one side. I do this every time I get this horrible pain in my low back and it instantly relieves it. So grateful to you!
Honestly, every single time I perform any of your exercises even half way, I receive soooo much pain relief that I am completely overjoyed! You are a miracle worker. So grateful for you!!!!
I've been using most of these already for quite some time and ive gotten quite the relief. Working seated can be stressful for the lower back if you dont work on it with frequent exercises and stretches like these.
You are saving so many people from horrible pain including me. I have a 10 years old broken foot which led me to instabilitazion in my hip creating a nightmare of pains all thorugh my left side. You are better than my physiotheraphist and sharing your knowledge is something I defenetely dont take for granted. Thank you 💛
i've had crazy SI issues for a long time. this is the first time i've seen someone suggest SI join rolling.... thanks. i tried it right away and it really helped.
I have connective tissue disorder and sacroiliac dysfunction is my biggest pain issue. Being able to pop it myself helps so much and I've been able to come off gabapentin after years of use.
What a hero this guy is. I could barely get off the couch yesterday and tried some of my own stretches with no results. Gave some of the ones in this video a try and had multiple pop’s and now I’m back to normal. I love you x
I found out how to pop my lower back years ago when I was suffering sciatic nerve pain running down my left leg. This helped tremendously and my therapist was pissed that I could relieve my own pain. I didn't need them anymore and they want you to depend on them. It's all about money and drawing out the therapy for months and even years. I didn't have time to be in pain and I had to work. As a single mother and bills to pay, time is money. Hope all goes well for you.
I haven't gotten a pop yet. But just like, ten minutes of one of these stretches and I can stand up straight for the first time in like three days. So thank you so very much
My left si joint always pops with a glut and ER muscle isometric contraction, after doing the first exercise, the tension in the SI joint was relieved and no more popping! Thanks for all these self release videos 🙏🏼
Dr. Rowe, you're a genius! This helped me immensely, and nearly immediately. I wish I had seen this years ago, but I'm happy to have it today. I thank you with very deep appreciation.
You deserve to be supported for sharing this knowledge with so many people who are suffering and can't afford chiropractic or massage. I hope you generate a ton of revenue! I have been folding and twisting in so many of these ways for so long... it's extremely helpful to have guided instruction. Sweet relief from that good pop. Thank you 😊
I have had lower back pain all my life. With age it has been worsening and has been very discouraging. I tried exercises from other videos with no effect. Then I happened upon this one. I did just the first exercise and my pain was gone. Been 3 months now with no pain. Thank you so, so, much.
I work in the hospital as a transporter of patients. I've had to come to your channel for these exercises often for back relief! Thank you for posting them because, chioropracters, and medication isn't always the answer! But, A GOOD STRETCH IN THE RIGHT WAY..........IS! 😁👍🏾
I can't thank you enough for these self manipulations, words are not enough to convey my gratitude. They are truly magnificent stretches and exercises. Thank you, Dr Rowe.
Hi i'm a one time athlete and now blue collar physical worker. Complexities have stripped me a chance at Healthcare. There are many like me. What you are doing is a blessing beyond words. You and other channels like yours have brought me to tears through relieving stretches that I could not afford to get directed at me traditionally. Thank you again, though there is no way you can ever truly understand how much suffering in even just my little life you have alleviated. Health is wealth. All Gods Blessings to you and yours.
After the foam rolling stretches, I lowered myself off the foam roller and got the pop that I’ve been needing for weeks. It was in such an odd area, and I didn’t really know if it was the SI joint or not, but wow! New subscriber here. Thank you!
I've been doing the 2nd exercise and other exercises that are not in this clip just following what my body ask me to do to relieve the pain, followin and inducing the pain just that much to find the exact spot where the pain originates, without knowing that they were actual "certified" exercises. It's incredible how listening to our body can lead us to healing ourselves...
I think this is the one I've been waiting for. I got a pop after the first side. I've looked into this joint now and it's the one that seems to fit with my symptoms. I will keep doing it. I had a bad fall a couple of years ago and was treated with Tibetan medicine in India for a while but Covid put an end to that. I got the steroid injections for bursitis two years ago which helped but didn't treat whatever else was wrong. I've been trying to rectify it myself since with massaging the fascia myself and stretching. I've felt like I've needed to stretch in the way you've shown but didn't know how.
Thank you for making this video! My long time chiropractor just retired and I haven't found a new one yet. I am so thankful to have found this video. I messed up my sacroiliac joint Saturday night and was in horrible pain all day Sunday. Did heat, massage and stretches which helped but a slight wrong move and the pain would come screaming back. Found this video Monday morning and followed along. The last move brought relief. I got a small pop and the horrible pain subsided. Did that move 2 more times along with other stretches and today/Tues I am pain free!
Chiming in here to echo everyone else - y'all this is the real deal. I tried the hip self correction exercises first without much luck before I found these. On my very first attempt of the first exercise here my joint popped. I did the rest of these in order and felt IMMEDIATE relief. My lower back tension and inflammation felt much more relaxed, and I'm not sure how else to describe it, but where the legs meet the hips felt like a freshly oiled hinge. Adding these to my at home hip routine!
Great video! Been having this problem for 2 months now and when I did the first exercise,it pretty much popped right away.Instant pain relief.Thank You!
Thanks Dr Rowe for posting this video. I’ve had 2 lower back operations and now have 8 herniated discs above the operations. These exercises have been a miracle for me so far. Just the way they make my back and body feel is amazing. I don’t know how to explain the feeling other then it’s painful but in a good way and the area where all my pain is seems to relax while the other muscles tighten up But it feels so good. So Thanks again for these exercises. Much respect A 🇨🇦Vet
This gives me a bit of confidence to try this myself. Have had 4 (ugh) back surgeries on my lower back and still have several herniated discs (VA wont fuse because im "too young"). Hopefully I can get some release in the next few days as I try this stretch.
@@erin4439 hi my friend. Please look into stem cell injections, you have to get the umbilical cord ones. There are many clinics offering them. I had them for bulging disc’s. Had a herniated disc, visited the best doctors in my city and literally no one could do anything for me. A legit miracle from God healed me and that’s the truth. Best to you my friend 🫡
I've had tightness in my hip/lower back and been trying various things. Got a gnarly pop once I worked up to method 4. It stunned me, to be honest. The region felt so limber afterwards that I couldn't believe I didn't realize how much it was restricted. Loosey goosey now, bro. Cheers!
None of my joints have ever popped, but I was in pain--again-from my out-of-whack SI joint. But I figured the exercises would certainly help re-align and stabilize the joint, pop or not. And then, there was a huge POP. Now I'm a believer. And yes, I feel much better, that seems to have really helped.
My dear brother, thanks a million times for this video and all your videos. Several years ago someone handed me a full water bucket and as i took it with my right hand only it was too heavy for one hand and caused an extreme sprain. Doctor prescribed muscle relaxants etc. Its been many years but there has always been a knot and a kinda pinch deep in there with uncomfortable movement. I just popped those knots twice with the 1st and the 3rd bed exercises. What a relief. Years old uncomfort released. Thank you Sir.

your channel is wonderful. I love self treatment whenever possible, the instruction and exercises I've tried are awesome... I usually have success and I appreciate the more detailed physiology explanations... thank YOU so MUCH for your HELP
Well the first day doing them I will admit I was very sore all day! When I woke you the aches have gone away. This will be day two and I’m going two do them agai and continue doing them. Like I had spoken early it’s been hurting some time!
I rarely comment on videos but have had so much success after carrying out some of the exercises in this channel I have felt the need to comment twice in the last few days. It's not quite true love Doc...but almost!
As an avid power lifter, my SI's have been the HARDEST joint to strengthen the deep tissue in. I have struggled with this since touching my first weight at the age of 30 (now 40). Deadlifts have never been my strong suite, and I accredit my SI issues to many years of biking and rollerblading in my youth. But since practicing your advices, I have seen my deadlift numbers go up by 20% safely! I have even been attempting some Sumo lifts as well, and those my friend, put the most pressure on the SI joint, that I have EVER felt! I was always told, that pelvic thrusts were the best way to strengthen the SI joints, but I am reinventing the wheel thanks to you! Surprisingly, my squats have never been an issue..... but if you look at the bio-mechanics, squats don't utilize those deeper SI joint tissues, very much at all.
Iam 75 I get sick with sciatica nerve pain almost 3years, I dont known what to do, lower pack pain not easy to move, I always watching every kind of your exercise, every night before sleep I exercise then warm compress, thank you so much Dr.God bless
Tried this and it absolutely worked. The first time it did not pop. I tried it a second set on the second day my back popped and my pain is gone I will share this with everyone I know. This is wonderful thank you for sharing this.
OMG. Just did the second movement and removed pain I’ve had for 10 years. I ain’t kidding. Clearly I should have been to a back cracker earlier. Been to a physiotherapist - no good. Bravo Dr Rowe.
All I can say is Wow and thank, you are a Saint! I have been through so much pain and pain management i.e. steroid shots, burning of nerves, etc; that I had all but given up. The pain changed my attitude and quality of life. The pain just showed up, no injury or anything like that. While doing your routines, particularly the one lying down and twisting I heard very loud pops on both sides that sounded like a board breaking. The pain in both hips immediately was different and over the last few days is almost non existent. The pain in my legs disappeared immediately. It makes one wonder about modern medicine and the heavy dependencies on drugs. Again thank you for providing this information. Sincerely..
This channel has helped me so much. I'm an airborne veteran and not against chiropractic but hesitate (prefer long deep stretch opposed to quick movement). Multiple videos I intergraate into my routines. My knees and hips and back have had much needed relief. Often I'm right there but can't get it to go but a few of these positions switching it up etc.
Half way through the video and I’m downloading video to watch again and again. Feeling so much better! Former gymnast. Back pain since I was 12 and it flairs up real bad once in a while.
I watched a few of you video's and none of them really helped with my back pain. Until this one. It is not gone, but I have a lot more mobility now. I will keep on doing these exercises. Thanks!
So I've had a pinched nerve and none of the normal stretches I do seemed to work anymore, most are like stretches 2-3-4 but that table leg drop method #1 I've never seen before so I tried it out and wow, huge pops, instant relief, back isn't always sore and sciatic pain mostly gone. I honestly couldn't believe it so I had to comment. Thank you so much for these videos! My quality of life has improved greatly already.
My PT worked very hard to “pop” my frozen SI joint using strong direct pressure. The procedure was extremely painful and made my pain worse. After undergoing 6 PT sessions with worsening pain my physician approved an MRI, which I had requested when I first experienced back pain. The MRI showed that I had a herniated disk with severe nerve impingement, not a frozen SI joint. My point is, get an MRI before submitting to a procedure that may cause additional injury.
Okay so I was skeptical but also desperate. I did the exercises, nothing popped and the day after I was in even MORE pain. But then on day 2 - my pain that I have dealt with for MONTHS was basically gone? Wow. Thank you for this!
I busted my SI joint with power lifting-- had sharp intermittent pain by sitting in an office daily and recently got it reset at a local chiropractor... YET This made me realize I need to strengthen it on my own and in future situations -- know how to pop it. This is instantly gratifying. Method 3 worked rightaway. Feels like I got a massage. This was awesome. Thank you so much. Subscribed. I have more to learn as a powerlifter haha and look forward to seeing other tips from you!
This doctor is really good. I enjoy all of his videos. He talks slowly and makes it so you can understand him and he's very clear and concise henny's a real demonstrative with his exercises
Started feeling this pain in my left side and couldn’t pinpoint the exact location and have been just dealing with almost unbearable pain for about a week. This video has been super useful in identifying exactly what’s hurting and helping provide some relief, thank you!
You’re the first person I’ve ever seen do the first 2 series of exercises. Amazing results even though they were awkward to perform. Love all your videos, no nonsense and novel ideas👏🏻👏🏻
Wow. I've had SI joint issues for many years and have seen about a gazillion videos and read just as many articles. Very seldom do I get anything out of any of it. This video initially seemed like it was going to be borderline useless and silly like most of the others but oh my gosh, it actually worked shockingly well. I'm very glad I stuck with it.
I've been having issues with my sacroiliac joint for years due to an ice skating fall and this really helped! I'm definitely going to implement these stretches often
Oddly, I've experimented with variations of a couple of these stretches for years with my sciatica pain and have found a measure of relief. Thank you for the free, informative video!
After a lifetime of skiing falls, high heels, office chairs, pregnancies, children, school books, purses, heavy objects I can no longer ignore the pain. The very first exercise has brought tears of relief to my eyes. Thank you, thank you, thank you! 🤸♀🤸♀🤸♀
Ive been to physical therapy fot my back pain after injuring my lower back, and ehile thst focused on the muscles connecting ftom the hip, they helped alleviate that pain too, but not quite like these! I was able to try the third method on my bed tonight, and my hip pain is soother already!!! Normally my regular stretches just dont cut it in terms of such quick relief. Definitely adding this to my routinr thank you SO much! ❤
I get so excited when I see good advice for SI relief. I can't stand or sit for too long and since a car wreck in my 20s my si and my hips have been all jacked up . I wish I could have someone just pull me from my wrist and ankles at the same time so I get that nice pop in my hips and SI it feels Soo good . I'm gonna try these so thank u so much I liked and subbed because I really appreciate you taking the time to help us all it means so much. Anytime I see relief for this area I wanna try it . Godd bless you and please keep the SI vids coming. Your the best .
Same! :D This second crazy exercise helped me a lot!
How you feeling now
Good for you
Remember to do the strengthening exercises to help prevent it getting out of whack. I started doing stomach muscle ecercises and it kept away my pain after resolution, since that was the root cause.
So Awesome !
I'm in awe of how he can speak so perfectly for so long. Like a real-life infomercial without cuts. What a guy. Great stretches.
I know this guy is inspirational for public speaking lol
LOL! Ya, can he ever talk.
Appreciate ya

Can I ask you a question hope you don't mind?
This video changed my life. I'm 32 and couldn't walk after waking up......I had pain in my lower back, hips, and clear down to my knees. I didn't know what i was going to do I was in serious pain for 2 years. This video allowed me to get going again and play my amazing children, thank you so much. I can't thank you enough .
Try “JKA” s form of pt from Fendelkrais method! It works for me 37 years of ughh pain
The third method made my left hip pain go away omg. And my lower back pain has subsided. You sir deserve a Nobel peace prize !!! Thank you so much!!!!
Glad you're getting relief!
Would love a update on how you are feeling today.

Hey i cant find the video on athlean x on si joint, which one is it?

I'm 27 and had a bad skiing accident 6 years ago where I subluxated my right hip. My lower right back has been tight for years. Not sure what exactly it is (facet, SI, tight QL) but I nothing I had suggested to me could relieve it, I could never get the leverage (I'm 6'5"). I got terrible sciatic pain about a week ago and spent probably 20 hours looking for and trying different stretches to relieve it. Came across your method 2 away from the wall last night and finally found the stretch I've been looking for for the last how many years. I'm very grateful to you.
Keep at the exercises, and thanks for watching!
Thankyou.
Can I ask you a question hope you don't mind?
I have been dealing with excruciating pain with not much relief besides just keeping pushing through. Thank you so much. I have had to beg doctors for help with no luck. I refuse any spine or back surgery. This WORKS. I WISH I MET YOU SOONER.

@@ginoniana5209 What the heck? Lol
Maybe our "ass" (SI Joints) just hurts?? 😂
Me too. But nowadays the pop isn't fixing the pain anymore

I have been struggling with lower back pain/tightness for over four years now. I gave these exercises a shot. I was just sitting down with my legs behind the chair, I slightly leaned to the side and added some pressure, then heard and felt a massive pop.
Glad the exercises are helping you, and keep at it! 💪

That's great to hear! Keep at the exercises if they're helping.

❤ this is exactly what I needed. Thank you.
Hope the exercises help you for a long time to come!
Thank you for making this video! My long time chiropractor just retired and I haven't found a new one yet. I am so thankful to have found this video.

Just the way they make my back and body feel is amazing.
Your advice fixed my shoulder. It was out for five or six years and caught and was so painful. It’s now free. Thank you.

Well the first day doing them I will admit I was very sore all day! When I woke you the aches have gone away. This will be day two and I’m going two do them agai and continue doing them. Like I had spoken early it’s been hurting some time!
Thanks for spending time to the people who suffer back pain.I’m very grateful!

That's wonderful to hear, keep at it! 💪
Glad it helped you!
🤯 It worked!
Edit: Over 24 hours later and I’m still good! Absolutely amazing!
Thanks for watching!
1 year of severe lower back pain … now it’s gone…. Completely ! Thanks Man !!!!!!!!!!🎉
Glad it helped!
OMG. Just did the second movement and removed pain I’ve had for 10 years. I ain’t kidding. Clearly I should have been to a back cracker earlier. Been to a physiotherapist - no good. Bravo Dr Rowe.
Glad you’re getting relief!
Now I know where those pains I been having come from. Thank you for showing the exrrcises. Great demonstration. Clear instruction.
Sincerely..
Thank you, I’m feeling 80% better. It popped after the 4th stretch. It didn’t take much. I just relaxed and it happened pretty easily.
Hope the exercises help you for a long time to come!

I watched a few of you video's and none of them really helped with my back pain. Until this one. It is not gone, but I have a lot more mobility now. I will keep on doing these exercises. Thanks!
Glad it helped!
A PT is not a chiropractor and neither is a massage therapist. Do not let these people try to manipulate joints.
Okay so I was skeptical but also desperate. I did the exercises, nothing popped and the day after I was in even MORE pain. But then on day 2 - my pain that I have dealt with for MONTHS was basically gone? Wow. Thank you for this!
Glad you’re getting relief!
I busted my SI joint with power lifting-- had sharp intermittent pain by sitting in an office daily and recently got it reset at a local chiropractor... YET
This made me realize I need to strengthen it on my own and in future situations -- know how to pop it. This is instantly gratifying. Method 3 worked rightaway. Feels like I got a massage. This was awesome. Thank you so much. Subscribed. I have more to learn as a powerlifter haha and look forward to seeing other tips from you!
Glad it’s helping you, and thanks for the sub!
This doctor is really good. I enjoy all of his videos. He talks slowly and makes it so you can understand him and he's very clear and concise henny's a real demonstrative with his exercises
Thanks for watching!
I’m 36 weeks pregnant and dying from pain. This was the ONLY video that helped my pain go away! Thank you!
I have just followed you doing these stretches and now have the most relaxed lower region in a long time!! Amazing thank you so much!
Great to hear that!
Started feeling this pain in my left side and couldn’t pinpoint the exact location and have been just dealing with almost unbearable pain for about a week. This video has been super useful in identifying exactly what’s hurting and helping provide some relief, thank you!
OMG, I just tried your first stretch, heard a pop, and my lower back is so much more flexible! Thank you! It's been stiff for weeks.
Glad it helped you!
Glad the exercises are helping you!
This video is very helpful
Oddly, I've experimented with variations of a couple of these stretches for years with my sciatica pain and have found a measure of relief. Thank you for the free, informative video!
Thanks for watching!
