Word of advice- Don’t ever be too hard on yourself live life while at it it’s ok to make mistakes it’s ok to fail just don’t ever give up if I could be 19 again I would’ve done so much things differently. One thing know your friends!! Especially the ones that love to waste ur time oh and be selfish with yourself , time and ur space. All the best to you ❤🎉

Your point on therapy about needing to do things on your own is exactly where I’m at with therapy. It’s not a long term solution. The goal is to eventually be self-sufficient and take what I’ve learned from my therapist and apply it without needing them as a crutch. Of course certain situations will have you calling them up for their earliest appointment but for the most part, apply what you’ve learned.
I needed this. I’m transitioning back into the office after being remote for 3 years and starting from scratch at 28. Thank you for keeping it all the way a hunnid.
