At the time of releasing this video, I also confirmed that you don't actually have to be working in Victoria at the time of applying for your registration of Interest. However, I do think applicants who are working in their nominated occupation in target sectors, will be prioritised.

For Vetasses approval, should the job title be exactly similar to the ANZSCO? Or it would be enough if the roles and responsibilities are close enough?
HI Tracy, I am getting my skill assessment as ICT business analyst. On offer letter my position is Consultant but on job description letter they wrote i am ICT business analyst. Same is the case with my previous employer worked as techno-functional consultant but received job description as business analyst. Then i changed my designation from techno-functional to business analyst and ICT business analyst for both jobs. Now i am confused as you mentioned that i will be requiring the contract as well but that offer letter will have different designation name. Will that cause an issue?
Now that they have extended the occupation list to all occupations, we can also use the Short term ones like the ones assessed by TRA - trade skills?
I have two occupations one under STSOL the other unde Medium to longterm category which one would you go for?
Aloha Traci! I just received s56 RFI and there was only one requested doc which is Police Clearance for my state of resident, Hawaii. I was able to immediately order a certified criminal record via our state police/justice system and uploaded to Immi Account Portal. My application status is now changed from Initial Assessment to Further Assessment.
While I am being hopeful and glad that there was only one requirement s56, I am just wondering whether the condition listed in s56 can be considered as the only requirement left before the approval or it is only just just the beginning before a full review/assessment and that additional s56 can still be issued?
Should I get skill assessment first or apply for ROI ?
Since i am willing to pay for fast assessment and it will only take 2 weeks. Compared to waiting for invite which will take 2-3 months

My question is that I am an accountant and I am working in a job which is in ANZCO Level 1-3 i.e. Hotel Service Manager which is Level 3 job and still be eligible for 190 in Victoria or I have to work in Business or Commerce discipline to be eligible for 190?
Hey Traci, thanks for the lovely videos. You've mentioned not to submit 2 ROIs for Vic state nomination, agreed. But If you're looking at 2 different states for example, Vic & NSW for 2 different subclass i.e. 190 & 491 respectively, is it ok to submit 2 separate EOI for this purpose? Thanks - Sean J

I am in NSW having 95 points under 261313- Software engineer code.
