Hi Traci, love your videos. If we had done our character checks (police checks) for our 482 and now applying for the 190, do we need to redo the police checks, even though we haven't lived in those countries since the last check 3 years ago?

Thanks Traci! Wonderful video. Btw, if you’re planning to apply for sub-class 189 & 190 visa to improve your chances of getting your Australian PR, is it advisable to apply for 2 different states (for example NSW & Victoria) at the same time under 2 different EOI?

I have recently moved to Sydney, and I have changed my location in EOI to Australia.
Do I need to change my company name in EOI in the work experience section too as my work company has registered with some different name in Australia although it’s the same company?
I was invited by NSW for 190 visa back in 2018. I applied 190 visa in November 2018 and I am still waiting for this visa grant from 43 months, 21 days.
It’s really frustrating they are not giving grants quicker. More than 19,400 applicants are waiting for 190 visa grant and most of the applicants are from NSW.
I contacted numerous times to department through different channels like through local MP, through immi website GFU, helpline calls but department is not interested to clear the backlog anytime sooner.

Last contact June 2020
When I applied in 2018 I provided all documents and medical than I complained in June 2020 than visa officer requested 2nd time medical and AFP Check since than file in further assessment. I contacted through local MP, no luck, now few weeks ago I filled online complaint to immigration minister so far no response.
How about now?
thanks for this. however, kindly clarify that NSW does not do ROI.I remember reading on their site that ROIs are taken in August ,October, Jan and March of each financial year .or is this for 491 alone
