@@ritzz5589 you can get those info from the immi official planning levels page for the allocations , as for the ROIs basically it's based on the EOIs lodged in the SkillSelect EOI Data page , so it might not be 1:1 in EOI to ROI but still 30-40k a huge margin.

For offshore applicants, since they have mentioned critical sectors will be prioritized for 491 invitations, is it recommended to submit ROI for 190 if you are a Marketing Specialist with 70 points (including state)?

Hi, my VIC nomination was refused on May 10th last financial year due to an issue with how I calculated my annual salary. It said that I am banned and would have to wait for 6 months to lodge a new ROI. I am bit confused with the dates, does this mean I can only lodge a new ROI in Oct’23 or Nov’23?

Hi Karl, I have an active ROI submitted for year 2022-23. But this ROI is for both 491 and 190. Does this ROI still work if I have no changes to my EOI? Or do I need to withdraw the current application and lodge a new one for 491 and 190 separately.
