About using agents: I understand that schools have recently implemented a compulsory requirement to apply for enrolment through their approved agent(s). My comments about not needing an agent exclude that particular scenario as there's no way to avoid it. However, it's still valid that the process of applying for visas is straightforward enough for anyone to navigate without the help of an agent.

I applied for 491 Visa (FSR) in October 2022. The Visa status had changed to further assessment since February 2023.
I am concerned about case officer, I mean, I have not been contacted by any case officer.
Is it mandatory for case officer to contact me before their final decision.

Yes people are desperate, confusing not knowing how and where to start this journey, after watching so many videos on UA-cam u even get more confuse. Secondly for us that are looking for agents does not mean we have the money to spend but lack direction, every one does not think or reason the way u do and that is why they tend to seek for help, like me am not really good with computer, am learning, so pls I beg u if u can create step by step intensive videos on how to migrat to Australia after getting this documents u have just mentioned or be a consultant, it will be really helpful.

I'm planning to migrate through the community worker pathway. For the skills assessment I have got an experience letter from an employer which is just a paragraph of them confirming my employment with them including the start date and end date. I'm afraid whether this would suffice the need of skill assessment requirements?
Goodluck with your assessment. I hope the letter is sufficient. I can't answer for the assessing authority unfortunately. Make sure it's on letterhead though.

Yes, I realise that I did not address that particular instance which is not avoidable for anyone seeking enrolment. But generally speaking, visa applications are easy enough to navigate without agents.

Chioma their are some school that will only allow you apply through their agent in your home country. Like Uni of sunshine coast Queensland

And from the immigration website I found out that one of the conditions is to get admission for my dependants with proof of school fees payment. I've tried contacting some schools in Melbourne but haven't gotten a positive response. And it seems like getting admission is an uphill task.
