Thanks for the video. It really helps understand how the 190 visa works. I had a question - If someone is already travelling on BVB and gets invited, what happens when they lodge their 190 visa application?
Would they have any issues coming back to Australia?
Also is it better to apply for 190 while you are in Australia in that case? Would really appreciate your thoughts.

Hi Tracy, I really enjoy your videos. I wanted to ask that even though the last date for ROI submission for VIC is 5th May, will the invitation round continue to run till 30 June (close of financial year) or will that also close in May?

Hi Traci, good day. My daughter, a Biomedical Engineering graduate and currently resided in Melbourne and casual job with J&J. She held 485 and to be expired Feb 2024 after given 2 years extension. Just wonder if she is able to have another 2 years extension pending from update come this July update from Immi. Also realized her engineering degree is not in the list. At her current situation what best she could do for either 190 or 491? She have not consult with any migration agent yet due to 5 days work week and busy. Appreciate your inputs and suggestion. Civil engineer 80 Points Offshore Any chances for 190 Or 189??
i have 80+5 and salary is 60k, i do have skill assessment as BA and also computer networking and system engineering. Which one should i use BA or computer networking to submit my ROI. Furthermore, i have given natti hopefully result comes by 10 jan then i will have extra 5 points. What are the chances that i might get invitation from VIC.

PY is unfair.. why would they count it from date of enrolment instead of date of completion.. that's completely nonsense.
Hi Traci, what are the chances for getting invited with 80 points for 189 and 85 points for 190, and no work experience(not employed in skill level 1,2, or 3)?
I believe employment is one of the basic requirements
@@kevinabrahammathews4238 lot of the recent 189 invites with 90points had no work experience
@@49Pooh So 189 is not state sponsorship. Where as 190 is. Meaning 189 is provided directly by immigration Australia. One of the requirements for 190 from vic is that you have you have to be in the above mentioned occupations.
@@kevinabrahammathews4238 I agree with what you have said, but there were few invites for unemployed people with high points in Vic 190. In roi u can put your earnings as 0. Unemployed people are eligible for 190 vic
@@49Pooh That's good to know. Also, is it mandatory that one must be living in the state to apply for 190? I recently accepted a job offer to work for a Victorian company but currently living in NSW. Seeing that NSW relaxed their rules I wanted to give that a shot.

40k applications and 35k issued on 189
@@arafathsaleem714 35k is all around world but for vic 190 u need to in Victoria or offshore there may be chance of 10k ppl in vic but there will still 30k ppl will be having roi in vic left still waiting for pre invite
