My occupation software engineer(261313) currently is not listed in any states 190 or 491 offshore list. However, I do have 90 points for 190 and 100 for 491, in this case should I submit the ROI or should I wait for the occupation to be added to these list with offshore tick and only then submit.

Do you think it is likely a law firm would nominate a lawyer for sponsorship? Perhaps more likely for kiwi lawyers on an SCV as they have security to stay? Thank you for the informative videos! Where is your firm based?

I am offshore Metal Machinist candidate.
I have passed skill assessment from vetasis, have 10 year exp and 7 each in PTE.
I have lodged my roi 491 state nomination with 65 points in sep 21 for SA.
No invitation till now.
When I can be invited?
