Don't hate. Ryan Adams also does nice covers of Down In A Hole and Nutshell by Alice in Chains...in his own style, nothing weird, just a variation and really well done. This one is similar. He's obviously a fan, not a poser. Just because you're not into his other music or his image doesn't mean he's some ass clown and this song blows. He's just a guy doing music...doing his expressive artist thing. What would Jeff Ament think?
I'm a big fan of both Ryan Adams and Soundgarden but this does nothing for me. Apart from being probably the shittest song in the Soundgarden catalogue, it was obviously pulled together at the last minute. He should of just dedicated one of his own songs would of been better.
