This is the best sounding BMW. Better than any other G8x/G20. This is what the M3 should have been. Not an M5 body with a TT. You guys need to get this car back for more content. The perfect spec with ZTK package and black/taco red.

Just picked up one of these, but for my M340i and installed this past weekend. With the AA downpipe and Valvetronic setup, I'm finding ways to take the longer routes 😅 Assembly and fitment was spot on. If you live in a neighborhood with close proximity houses, valves closed definetly sounds stock enough to not upset your neighbors at 5AM...
Sounds dope. I am between doing a downpipe on my G42, full catback, both, or waiting and getting a manual M2 in a year or two and doing a full catback on that....I annoyingly just bought a house though 😑
@@LitleBear hey there, this is Austin. I’ve had the pleasure of driving both of those cars extensively and I must be completely transparent, I think I prefer the G42. It just feels more exciting. I’m not exactly sure why but definitely do the downpipe and the exhaust.

Does this give the same burbles as 2025 m2/m4 comp? I test drove those and fell in love with the stock burbles, sounded like the car was spitting fire Edit: I think @6:18 answered my question😂
Yeah I need that… so the bolt on tips is that because you can not run them and leave the exhaust pieces? Because not a fan of that bolt on look. Or I guess you could weld em if you don’t burn the carbon??

Making the car even more reserved and relaxed when in the comfort mode with the vowels closed and a much more exciting rock experience when the valves are open in sport plus

@@spiraling69 The 2025 update isn't quite as bad as it looks. Cons are that dash and M badge on the front big pro is they color match the lower sides and lower bumper.. you don't see it on this video's car because it is black but it looks really bad on earlier model lighter color cars

so outside of the exhaust setup are you tuned or is stock
@ 6 Months in and I can report no CEL/ or light popping up. Even with the valves closed,(normal driving mode) the AA downpipe gives a bit of bass.
I absolutely need one of these now that exhaust combo is perfect and sounds much better than the actual Ms

Still sounds so average. Sucks that the b58 is an undersquare design which doesn’t allow it to rev high when built.
No denying the execution but modern BMW engines sound terrible, (even with this exhaust). Dunno what they are thinking.
