Oh another woodburning butterfly! Love all your things - especially those fragile beings. Dont make me watch the whole thing? Are you kidding? Thats what I was hoping to do. Making a vision come into life is always a pleasure to watch for me. I work the same way with my window color pictures. When I moved house I will send you some pictures. Please stay safe and take care. Semper Fi.
Rod this is again absolutely beautiful your talent with a burner is outstanding waooooow PS i am on my laptop as my phone is away getting fixed so i am sending you a virtual thumbs up my friend. Thanks again for sharing your talent with us
Rod, I'm glad you do different things, that's what my channel is about. Woodwork, woodturning, I have done some pyrography and DIY projects around the house. I like different projects, thanks for this. And by the way, I think you "nailed it."
The butterfly is just beautiful. It looks as though it should fly away! I love that you added the caterpillar too. Thank you for sharing your work. I really look forward to your videos. ☺️
Good morning, Rod! I have been looking forward to today and your video. Excellent! After your Monarch piece, I ordered a woodburner and gave it a try. Email will be sent today. A project of this nature helps to slow things down a bit. Thanks for you inspiration. God bless & Semper Fi
Suggestion: put a hook on the top with a spinner, so you can turn it around and show off not only the lovely butterfly, but her baby picture on the back as well.
Awesome project. Love the colors. When you sped things up, I thought I could get the same affect with extra caffeine, but somehow I don't think it would be quite as clear as yours. LOL... Great change of pace, seeing the pyrography.
Great job. Love butterflies. Hope to see more in this series. Love the "baby" picture on the back, lol. Wonderful work by your subscribers. Take care. God bless.
I love it! You are a real artist. I'd never thought of using pencils for the color. It's so vibrant. My days of woodworking are done. I live in an apt now 😥. I can do some on the patio, but being 2nd floor and open design, they get the mess down below. Stay safe. Thanks for another great video
hey brother really beautiful work . im with you on keeping things new and fresh . lol love the little guy on the back . your a true artist rod . take care my friend .
Thank you Rod for a great depiction of a beautiful creature. The butterfly is aptly named as the swallow tail. As you know I live in Ireland and each year, on or about the 31st March, the swallows arrive here from central Africa to breed and feed off the abundance of insects. It has a forked tail just like the butterfly and some get it confused with the house martin which has a fan tail. Semper Fi.
Rod I never get tired of watching you work you're amazing in your talents and craftsmanship and I enjoy that you show other people's work on your Channel Semper Fi
I love this .I have seen pyrography before and it always seems heavy but you have really done this so delicate and it looks great on the butterfly and caterpillar ,lol .Two for one.I have not seen it coloured like this before and I think it really gives it a 3D feel 🥰
Beautiful work Rod as always, I've just tried my first one of these, inspired by you... Thank you for showing my clock and the mention, very must appreciated.. Cheers
Beautiful work Rod you are very talented. My artistic ability is quite limited, I play several different instruments, but visual art has never been easy for me. Excellent work, and I find watching you work very therapeutic. Semper Fi, Jimmy
Wow, coffee and butterflies here in the morning. Great work as always. If you make one with offset butterflies would be a great entry into the clock challenge. 👍
You're funny! Eventually... but it must be planned and executed right or you'll never see it in a video. I love it too much to disrespect it in any way. Semper Fi, my brother.
Really enjoyed this one, very nice detailing. Loved the little caterpillar! Might I make a suggestion? Include a few leaves/branches so it looks like it’s sitting somewhere? The color contrasts would really make it ‘pop’ even more. Thinking how a butterfly would look with cattails, or lilacs, dogwood blossoms, etc. Only if it interests you, of course! You really have a steady hand. Great job!
Thank you very much! I've thought about adding some foliage, but decided against it...at least for the butterfly collection. Maybe with others in the future.
Rod, You are very welcome. It was my pleasure to make the plaque.. Thank you for putting out such a wonderful show. Simper Fi😜
That plaque was incredible. Very well done.
The plaque is amazing. What a thoughtful gift. You are indeed talented.
