      I had to re-revit and repack mine. No more falling off. I used RTV red to seal both ends.... I wouldn't say its the best sealer but no leaks yet since it doesnt get as hot and is not dnagling from the previous user. Maybe i'll use a semi clay like a muffler sealer that's easily breakable.

    You can ditch the derailer and retain some ability to change gearing by shortening the chain enough to fit over the bigger (shorter) gears but not slip on the smaller (taller) gears

    Looks and sounds awesome brother what I do where my mz65 meets the Silencer i use a piece of high pressure hose it's not that hot anyway I got the idea from my enduro motorcycle from the late 70s that's how Suzuki did it I use 2 hoses clamps the rubber kinda absorbers the vibration between the two that's my opinion but I've never had any more problems with it coming apart ride safe brother 👍

  • @jasonburque
    @jasonburque 5 місяців тому +1

    I'm going to use the sx65 flange and rubber mounts with the rubber flex on the muffler just like the bike to isolate the engine and pipe so it doesn't break off...
    On the B boy header I would put some hi temp O rings in there
    MLM bleed pipe is something if you want it quiet

    Sorry I feel like a troll mentioning it again but the inlet.
    I googled minarelli vertical big valve:
    Polini do polini big valve, MXS do a reed valve , nuraku and a few others, i reckon you'd gain an easy 3-4 bhp.
    The minarelli am6 motorcycle engine has similar bore/ stroke, they are used in road and off-road style bikes, high and low styles, wonder if it would be easier to adapt them.
    Btw the MXS racing 70 kit is good for 20bhp if you have patrion that would be a good buy.

    If the header to pipe is really lose,try cutting up an aluminum soda pop can and make yourself a shim. Fixing this single leak should get you where the pipe should have been to start with.

    Those little bike tires fold. The best I’ve seen is moped dot wheels and then the bicycle frame fails. Don’t mind bicycle tires either lmao this stuff isn’t made for 30-55 mph with a 200x rider y’all are going to walk crooked with a cracked hip

      25mph you will break your wrists if you are out of shape. 30-55 you are looking at a waking disibility, you break your hip wrong it’s gonna stay like that. Probs have back pain too.

    Dude foreal I know it's fun to go fast but riding like that man one day you are gonna get hurt. Those rim bearings you're riding on are gonna lock up when you least expect it and going that fast man it's very dangerous. It happened to me once doing about 20 mph and I went over the handlebars luckily I was crusin but if it happened going that fast I'm sure the outcome wouldn't be pretty hope you think about it if you wanna do it be safe get some ghetto bike wheels good luck I pray you listen
