    Really appreciate this video. I've been having severe pain in forearms from overuse for a long time, along with epicondylitis. Been going to a lot of PT, but no dice yet. They think this might help. Worried about side effects and stuff, I rely on my hands and arms for work and any reduced ability to use them could be hugely problematic.

      Nerve Hydrodissection is an amazing new treatment and an alternative to surgery for many nerve compression syndromes such as ulnar neuropathy, fibular (peroneal) neuropathy, carpal tunnel syndrome, tarsal tunnel syndrome, occipital neuralgia and many more. I also use it for diabetic neuropathy and chemotherapy neuropathy treatment when I use PRP to heal and regenerate peripheral nerves. Nerve hydrodissection as a treatment for ulnar neuropathy (aka cubital tunnel) can typically provide long term results. It may take a series of treatments along with physical therapy for best results. This patients ulnar neuropathy resolved with two nerve hydrodissection treatments, he no longer has ulnar neuropathy symptoms. Consider flying down to Florida: integrativerehabmedicine.com/estero-fl-arthritis-pain-treatment-orthopedic-care-estero-sports-medicine

      Nerve hydrodissection is a good treatment for ulnar neuropathy at the elbow or wrist. If the nerve is compressed at the wrist from repetitive actions (such as compression by a walker, bike or cane), it may not be enough.

    • @sebastianklisiewiczintegra9805
      @sebastianklisiewiczintegra9805  2 роки тому +1

      Nerve hydrodissection works well for nerve pain, carpal tunnel, ulnar neuropathy, cervical radiculopathy and other neuropathy conditions. It may be effective of tenosynovitis, but you would likely need a lubricating agent such as hyaluronic acid.

    I have CRPS pretty sure my nerves are permanently damage ..i cant even do a emg because its to painful.. But I belive the ulnar nerve is the one damage ...then what to do? What the solution you used to numb his skin ..its my left arm from wrist to shoulder with constant pain in more forearm and Wrist..did carpal tunnel realease and it was worst this was before and after surgery 4 monr9 later was diagnosied with CRPS...

    • @sebastianklisiewiczintegra9805
      @sebastianklisiewiczintegra9805  Рік тому +1

      I am sorry for your pain. If it was a complete nerve damage, you would have no sensation and no movement. I find that CRPS can be treated successfully with a series of nerve hydrodissections with either dextrose or PRP. This can be used to treat the ulnar nerve at the shoulder, elbow and wrist as well as other nerves involved (brachial plexus, median nerve, other). This can actually help heal the injured nerves and stimulate nerve regeneration. I would give you a nerve block at the neck or shoulder to numb it up before the treatment. We also use nitrous (laughing) gas to make the procedure tolerable. It would be best to schedule an video consultation if you are not in the southwest florida area:

    • @sebastianklisiewiczintegra9805
      @sebastianklisiewiczintegra9805  Рік тому +1

      Nerve Hydrodissection can help free up the nerve From the surrounding scar tissue, this is a great alternative to surgical neural lysis, it will likely take multiple treatments for best results.

    • @rl1835
      @rl1835 Рік тому

      I had an ulnar nerve transposition 10 years ago and not better because of scar tissue as well. I actually felt better for the first month after the surgery, then the scar tissue developed. Hydrodissection takes a good 5 injections to feel a difference while loosening the scar tissue. It maybe a way better choice then getting a second surgery and risking another chunk of scar tissue to develop.

This is a great non-surgical treatment for many compression neuropathies such as carpal tunnel syndrome, cubital tunnel, radial tunnel, fibular neuropathy at the knee, cervical radiculopathy (pinch nerve at the neck) and many more.. integrativerehabmedicine.com/treatments-nerve-injections

    • @sebastianklisiewiczintegra9805
      @sebastianklisiewiczintegra9805  Рік тому +1

      The ulnar nerve can get compressed above, at or below the elbow. Most common ulnar nerve compression is below the elbow at the cubital tunnel. Nerve hydrodissection for ulnar neuropathy should be performed in all areas that are suspected to be compressed, this depends on the exam. Nerve hydrodissection can be used to treat many types of neuropathy such as carpal tunnel syndrome, tarsal tunnel syndrome, posterior osseous neuropathy PIN, radial neuropathy, fibular neuropathy and others. It is best to treat all the compressions of the nerve if present.

      @@joecampos7188 Nerve hydrodissection is an effective treatment for many compression syndrome such as ulnar neuropathy at the cubital tunnel, carpal tunnel syndrome at the wrist, fibular neuropathy at the knee, rural neuropathy at the ankle and more.. There is plenty of evidence in the literature on the effectiveness of just the hydrodissection. I use dextrose or PRP lysate for the injection, these agents have been shown to be very effective in treating all types of nerve compression and neuropathy syndromes. See the article below on dextrose for ulnar neuropathy at the elbow. Hope this helps.

      @@joecampos7188 Yes I have. It depends on the severity of the cubital tunnel. If there is significant muscle atrophy and weakness along with significant axonal damage on NCS/EMG, it may need surgical decompression. If the weakness is mild and the symptoms are mostly sensory, this can be resolved with a series of nerve hydrodissections along with ulnar nerve gliding exercises, stretching of the forearm muscles and avoidance (or alteration) of the activities that got you in trouble in the 1st place (elbow positions, work activities, etc.)

      This is not a steroid injection, this is a ulnar nerve hydrodissection to free up the nerve. The solution used is either low dose dextrose with micro dose of steroids or PRP. This treatment is much more effective for ulnar neuropathy than the basic steroid injections. see more details: integrativerehabmedicine.com/treatments-nerve-injections
