My 3.6 vvt ,14 dodge journey started putting out blue smoke on the start up for about 2 minutes the smell came into the cab. Then would clear up ,no change in engine sound. Only 65,000 miles . Just replacd it at 92,000 no smoke today should have changed it at 50,000 miles!
PCV valves used to be part of a maintenance replacement item, easy to get too, cheap to replace and now manufactures put it in horrible areas making it difficult to replace or out of sight out of mind.
Gracias estoy revisando un gran cherokke 2016 y tyene aceite en bujia catalizadores destruidos ,y aceite en colector de admision remplazare pcv, muchas gracias por esta informacion saludis desde nogales sonora mex✌✌✌✌
Use playback speed .75 for total comprehension. It would have been nice to see you take the vacuum line off of the pcv. I never did see it or the pcv valve on the engine. The only one I saw was the one that was out. Please put your finger on the one that is in and learn to speak English or keep it in Russian so I can just move on.
drill out the pcv valve and put a hose on it and run it to the ground. Same thing on the other valve cover. Your engine will burn clean. Also plug the EGR tube.
