  • In today’s video we remove the 3.6L Pentastar intake manifold in oder to make space for some High discharge coil packs from Ripp Superchargers. There will be a surprise install towards the end of the video for those who stick to the end! #rippsuperchargers #dodge #challenger #charger #chrysler #ram

    Nice work! However, That sensor is the Intake Temp Sensor ( IAT ), not Mass airflow. You should also disconnect the neg batt terminal to reset , and let the ECU relearn the new information of Airflow, Coils and reset. Also, pulling the #25 Fuse ( discussed at length on Y Tube) helps reset learned performance robbing adjustments.

    Sparks weren’t changed as I had less than 9k miles on them. Will definitely upgrade later on.

      Coil packs aren't going to do anything on there own in terms of power. They can give more reliable power with more consistent combustion, but they are still regulated by the ECU. So unless you're tuned with other supporting mods there's really no need to do them.

    • @myfastcars
      @myfastcars Рік тому

      YES. The coil packs and spark plugs on the drivers side of the engine are buried/covered by the upper portion of the intake manifold. The upper portion of the intake needs to be removed to access those three coils/spark plugs.
