Shilpa was so proud of her rolls, it was cute lol
Yeah! No where’s the recipe?
So cute.
Her "life's purpose"
@@mattwilson5383 seriously!!! I thought I was going to make this for thanksgiving… I guess not
@@jaaaaannnnee I was planning on transcribing as well, but they don't give measurements unfortunately. A bit of a bummer as I would love to make those this year for Thanksgiving. They look delicious.
I wonder if Chris and Brad ever looked around, thought of the wonderful 2019 Thanksgiving special they filmed at Claire’s parents’ house and think “well…”
Brad playing hot potato with himself is exactly the Brad behavior I came here for
honestly the only part I watched. :'D
No sumac?
He used to act like he was scared to get fired. Now he's in there with the perma-stained sweater. Honestly, I'd love to see a Brad channel, but oh wells.
This was the first video that everyone genuinely seemed excited to eat their own food. Everything looked awesome!
I'm so impressed every time Shilpa presents. She's so professional and technical but always delivers the information in such an approachable way.
I love this series! Please do one for christmas cookies!!!!!
That's a really good idea
your wish came true! =D
PLEASE POST THE RECIPE FOR THE ROLLS! i need measurements 😫
The recipe is on her Instagram page :)
Nah they want you to PAY for web access.
It would be great if all of the chefs tasted each others dishes.
Yes! The new chefs have really grown on me and I wish they would pair them up so they could react to each other's dishes.
They probably film days apart sometimes

@@chrism45 Leftovers 👍
they aren't chefs tho. they're writers who like to cook.
I use BA's Onion cheese and sour cream biscuits for Thanksgiving for 2 years now, I love it!
I'm not even going to wait for Thanksgiving to make Kendra's stuffing, looks so so good.
Right?!? I want to practice before the big day, too. Happy Thanksgiving!
@@hummingbird3771 Yes exactly, also thank you and same to you :)
Kendra's stuffing is just about an exact rendition of Alison Roman's sourdough stuffing. I've been making her stuffing (with lots of leeks instead of onions) for the past 3 Thanksgivings, for family and potlucks. I am always the stuffing-maker, and there's a reason for it: The recipe is insanely good! I also make my own sourdough for it, but that's a different story. I add the sausage and also some halved crimini mushrooms usually. I also make it for Christmas, but with beef broth and rosemary. I suggest it go on your dinner table!
Brad on the defense of using 'salted' butter 🧈 ....arms out like "that's right all you unsalted-butter-zealots" haha!
I would ❤ a video of Brad making everything thanksgiving snacks to left overs!
Rachel’s Brussels sprouts looked perfect, and I loved the tips she offered. It genuinely looks like she makes these and enjoys them. Gotta try em this year.
I do 😝
I would love to make those rolls for thanksgiving… but where is the recipe????
Shilpa! You taught me something new!!
I never thought to stay bread with a roux... and it makes perfect sense. Neato!!!
Kenda's stuffing is awesome! I'm making this for Christmas. Thankyou Kendra.
Making her stuffing for Thanksgiving and can't wait. Wonder if hot sausage would be good to give it a bit more heat. I had been using an old Rachel Ray recipe for stuffing and while it's good wanna try something different.
Oh baby these all sound amazing it's going to be so hard to choose just one.. but I think I'll go with the brussel sprouts
My New England family always had pickled watermelon rind, peas and creamed onions, prune pudding, and steamed pudding.
No marshmallows, brussel sprouts, green bean casserole, or ham.
Those dill rolls look perfect! They would be amazing on Christmas since they look like a wreath.
Omg make them in a bundt pan and would be a wreath!! So cute
Please make a pro chefs make their favourite chocolate or vanilla dish or their childhood comfort foods
Shilpa's dinner rolls! I'm excited because I only recently started using the Tangzhong method. It works brilliantly!
brehhhhh them rolls look so freekin good
I love how Chris is so exact!
I love this! Great job everyone. Getting back into BA, and I have to say Hana is a great instructor. Love everyone else too ;)
Can we have more it's alive please!!!
So excited about a new way to make Brussels sprouts! Wish there was better camera angles of the Brie app.
I want Hana’s cranberry Brie recipe! They were so beautifully presented!
I had the saaaaame thought
For real!
Sure would love the recipe for the garlic rolls. Where linky?
Please post recipe for the dill garlic rolls.
Kendra's dish and her performance is the best in this video, in my humble opinion
I made both the burnished potatoes and the turmeric-ginger brussels sprouts and both dishes are fantastic. I roasted a chicken stuffed with a halved head of garlic, a halved lemon, and fresh thyme to go with, and made a lovely oniony gravy with the drippings. A glass of Pinot Nour and I'm a happy girl.
Chris and BA can call these poratoes whatever they want. Frankly, I like "burnished," because that's exactly how they look when they're finished. Whatever they're called, they're heavenly. Ditto for the sumptuous brussels sprouts. (I hope the word "sumptuous" doesn't send anyone into a tailspin.) Brava/bravo, BA!
Rachel may have just shown me a way of making sprouts de Brussels that my family... mostly... might ever try!
I would definitely make Chris and Hana’s! Looks easy and delicious
Brad’s mind is such an interesting place
Thanks so much for the ideas. Happy thanksgiving y'all!
Definitely making Rachel’s brussels sprouts! 😋🥰. Is Brad working on his car engine before making the sweet potatoes?
I just learned about potatoes and eczema. They so go together
Nothing beats Making Perfect:Thanksgiving at Claire’s parents house on the Cape. In the Summer. With the OG gang.
Kendra’s stuffing looks so good!
omggg hana’s looks SO GOOD
Love this series!
Chris used Mythical Chef Josh's patented heal palm strike!!!!
Can y'all please post everyone's recipes on the Bon Appetit site! I only see Chris' & Kendra's recipes
Noms. Saving this. And MORE KENDRA!
I really love Brad's energy and enthusiasm... and the recipe sounds SO nom.
Some of the most delicious looking side dishes I've seen.
Seriously, I can just have a table full of these sides, no turkey needed lol.
Watching Chris smash a whole clove of garlic with his hand was one of the best parts of this video
Would love to see other recipes! Bread rolls? Brie/Cranberry? Please update BA
I love Kendra's thought that this is an easy, make ahead recipe... even if I disagree, as I'm always a day ahead on so many other TG dishes. But the thought has merit and, though I'm not into big bread pieces in my stuffing, I'm gonna try this after TG - with smaller bread - as a main dish!
Well done, all!
Same thought. I would want more simple, time saving recipes not the opposite "make ahead" recipes...most people don't have the time near TG.
Out of ALL of these dishes, I will be making THAT stuffing😍😋😊.
Wow, we got through a whole video without hearing the word vegetal. It's a Thanksgiving miracle!
Inspired to try out one of these recipes this year. Thank you BA Team for sharing your favorite dishes!
Just made the brussel sprouts. Absolutely incredible.
Made Brad's sweet potatoes this weekend and they are excellent - all the kids loved them too 😍
Great, I have a crush on Chris Morocco now
Chris's 'Oh Yeah' was so on point
Tried Chris’s roast potato method and boy once you try, you never go back. It does take longer but worth the effort
Just made the cranberry brie bites. They are sooo pretty and delicious. Thank you!
I love you brad!❤
Nothing will ever beat the original thanksgiving video with original cast
Those sweet potato’s look amazing!!!!!
Kendra is just awesome👌
Does anyone have a recipe for those garlic dill rolls?
Brad is always spot on, but the stuffing chick is made for TV and is just delightful.
Here me out , these all look DELISH but the struggle of oven space/timing is real with thanksgiving. Need more dishes that can be room temp or not baked because I feel like everything needs the oven but there’s a Turkey in there
Gordon Ramsay advocates for resting the turkey for as long as it's baked (or at least a couple hours). :)
Spatchcock your turkey and it'll cook in half the time!
@@laurengray2064 yes, 100% but there still like 3-4 dishes plus others who bring theirs that all need to be warm at the same time!
A giant electric roaster is essential for the turkey. And I've reheated made-ahead mashed potatoes in a crockpot. Totally get what you're saying though!
We rest the turkey for 30-40 minutes and that frees up the oven for reheating the sides.
the Brussell's sprouts look great. We roast ours and put pomegranate molasses and toasted walnuts on them. Pomegrate seeds for garnish. YUM.
3:33 Chris catching on to Brad's language 😂
These all look divine
Divine*
@@michaelcornwell7404 yes I am aware, my phone is in French and German and autocorrected.
Goooo Shilpa!!! So happy for you!!!
My three favorite Thanksguvin' potato dishes:
Smashed potatoes
Potato fondant
Potato gratin
Potato mash
Shilpa's dinner roll recipe is really interesting.
I just toss those separated leaves on the sheet pan with everything else. They crisp up the very same way!
More Rachel please, she’s great
I gotta make those brussel sprouts
The stuffing, potatoes, and rolls look delicious 😋
Shout out to Kendra rocking the Diaspora Co apron! 😍😍
Shilpa's recommendation if you lose your patience and dunk it all in there is me everyday. haha... just do that... THEN dip the roll on the remaining sauce on the pan. i can see it there
Cranberry and brie? Oh hail yes!
Those sweet potatoes look amazing
Made a spin off of Brad's for friendsgiving this week and it was bomb. I had to majorly simplify it just roasted dices sweet potatoes and a topping of pecan maple and cardamom. SO GOOD. everyone loved it
Chris can do a million things, just not pour two things at the same time apparently.
The potato dish and the stuffing seem like out of control good.
Chris can you give your gravy recipe for the potatoes it completes the Thanksgiving expirence
Love Chris
Thankyou Kendra
I seriously adore these videos :') all the options ideas and information is FANTASTIC
yeah, they're the best!
really digging this format too :)
I have missed Brad!! Where can I see more if him?
Brad carries the channel
The way that Kendra stared down the camera so intensely, then pivoted to "just kidding" real quick sounds like me when I'm coping and I feel uncomfy how much that one moment reasonated with me
Kendra is awesome.
opens can of Ocean Spray cranberry....favorite Thanksgiving side done. :)
Hi! When will the other recipes come out?
I know Chris didn’t just call the roastie burnished potatoe nuggets that’s actually out of hand and say it with a straight face 😂
Did Shilpa start with Potato Flour? I'm kinda lost at what makes them "Potato Rolls", but they look delicious!
She clearly said bread flour.
I'm doing them sprouts!
Brad using salted butter makes sense lol
the 2 remaining ogs chris and brad
Ooh I want those brie bnites!
Shilpa knows. She's definitely invited to the table and the cookout.
