Nothing beats a beef dog split and fried up with some onions and cheddar. Some whole grain mustard and sweet pickles on a warm roll. Reminds me of childhood.
Gamja dog is essentially a tater tot stuffed with a hot dog, where has this been all my life. Seriously though so many good takes on a hot dog, glad to see people getting some exposure to the camera. Also of course Brad brought the funk lol
Chris is .... hard to argue with lol. He clearly puts alot of thought into the details and points out what would otherwise be overlooked. All of them were good. Rachel's is how I already do my hot dogs. Jalapeno relish is mandatory. Ines Gamja dog and Chris' techniques were stand out. Going to try this soon!
@@aslanpatience8278 when a sauce is tomato and sugar, adding anything will make it better. MSG makes everything taste better, so you're probably halfway there.
In Guatemala, a popular street food is a hot dog in a tortilla. We call them “mixtas” and they are hot dogs in a tortilla with mayo, mustard, ketchup and homemade guacamole. 🤪😋 so delicious and an easy dinner! 🇬🇹
I really want to eat every one of these, every one looks fantastic. Love me an authentic Chicago dog. With homemade pan cubano style buns. Two day process, but so worth it. But my go to is similar to the first one. Gotta order me some Maggi ketchup. And Whataburger ketchup. We had those restaurants in Oklahoma as well. And Bubbies bread and butter pickles are the best, and makes the best sweet relish.
A great add-in to the hot & sweet dog would be to give the onions a soak in balsamic vinegar. That acidic sweetness tames the onion, makes it more digestible, and would partner with all the other flavors beautifully. (I first started doing this because my stomach doesn't make enough acid, and thus can't process raw onions without a little help. Doing it this way is far more preferable to doing a shot of vinegar after the meal.)
The corn dog is a banger, brads relish is definitely a move and Chris’s is something I would definitely be doing myself. I gotta try the shrimp one though weird but I’ll try.
I gotta say, I'm in Kendra's camp. "Put it in the fire and it should be crispy and charred almost to the point of, that's an alarmingly burnt piece of food you're eating."
My favorite hot dog recipe: some sweetish bread, like a brioche bun, untoasted. A good german sausage like bockwurst, heated, not boiled. Some german sauerkraut, danish remoulade and danish roasted dried onions. There you are, the perfect hot dog.
All of these are works of art! 😍
I Prefer Kosher Dogs..
These are oscar meyer!? barf
I’d rather eat a shoe tbh
is this Ben Palmer trolls?
They all look amazing! I want to try them all, minus the burnt bread.
Really appreciating Chris’s presence as the wise father figure and Brad as the chaotic and fun Uncle.
the only two people left at BA worth watching
I can't stand Chris these days. He's so arrogant and smug and doesn't seem to add any real value IMHO.
I loved how he just chucked the bun into the oven
The day Brad doesn't use something fermented will be the day the world ends.
Truly.
This gave me a good chuckle!
I wonder if brad homebrews beer. He seems like someone that would.
Its alive !
🤣🤣🤣
Brad: “that’s what great about cooking, you do it different everytime!”
Chris: “this is a little specific.”
Also Chris: “mustard on top of relish makes no sense whatsoever.”

I got hungry reading this comment
Sounds incredible!!
Gamja dogs looks incredible, never heard of it but now I want to try! Plus, Inès explains so well and is very natural in front of the camera.
Same - it's fair season here in Kentucky and this, to paraphrase Jennifer Coolidge "Makes me want a corn dog real bad."
It wasn't a contest, but she clearly won
Nah she's just a culture vulture
Same
I don't like the sprinkle of sugar. I'd go salt instead, ketchup is sweet enough
My god, Inés proving to be the GOAT by bringing the Whataburger ketchup to this game!
Okay, you are definitely a paid plant for BA or you're just a pandering phony...She sounds like a 12 year old making a corn dog recipe...WTF?
I really like Inés. She seems to really know her stuff and has an elegant way of explaining stuff.
I was just saying, We need more Inès, after watching the nacho episode!!!
I love ines! Such a fresh face to the kitchen and clearly is great at explaining and cooking!
You're kidding, right? Stop pandering ya phony...She sounds like a 12 year old making a corn dog recipe...WTF?
I loved the look of Hana's, and when she said "the only thing that would make this better is an ice cold beer" I was completely sold on it 😂
As a swede, it warms my heart to see Varmkorv med Räksallad up there!
Somehow this content always dissolves any stress or anxiety I have. Who knew hotdogs could bring so much joy lol
Love Inés’ unique perspective. Also that gamja dog looks major af.
Well she's a culture vulture so
What's so "unique" about it? She sounds like a 12 year old explaining a corn dog recipe...WTF?
That gamja corndog looks life-changing...
💯 I need this in my life!!!
Short life changing. 💀
Rachel came through BANGING cause I caught myself drooling as she dressed that hotdog up.😂🤭It was the whole cook method for me! Just how I like it 🥹🫶🏾
I love Chris he’s so specific about everything it’s like super food geek mode and I love love love it.
I agree that the maggi hot and sweet is the superior ketchup. We go through a liter a week in my house
The best sauce ever!
is this Inés' first video for BA? because if it is, woah, what a debut. That Gamja Dog looks insane and I want it now.
That looked amazing!
Her eyes... I can't stop staring.
God dam you are such a pandering phony!

It's been in Korea, waiting for you, until now...

Chris just understands food. 👌
Only detail he missed was how to pronounce Zhong 🤦
His precision cracks me up. I love him.
Inés Anguiano is right about Whataburger ketchup. I don't know what they do, but the taste is noticably better than other ketchups.
I'd guess msg?
@@aslanpatience8278 when a sauce is tomato and sugar, adding anything will make it better. MSG makes everything taste better, so you're probably halfway there.
Hana's dog is so AESTHETIC and she's adorable omg
Can we just acknowledge the number of times Brad uses the word “little”😂at this rate I was expecting an itty baby sandi
Really liked Ines, both the personality/presenting and the food
Okay, you are definitely a paid plant for BA or you're just a pandering phony...She sounds like a 12 year old making a corn dog recipe...WTF?
Finally someone toasted the bun.... like buns are so good when warm and toasty on the outside. Thank you chris
Yes! Shrimp salad on hotdogs needs more love. Cheese filled hotdog, wrapped in bacon, topped with shrimp salad and red onions. Candy of the gods.
I'm trying to wrap my head around it, but Hana's do look gorgeous.
are you guys still planning on making "it's alive"? I really loved that show.
The best show at BA

a hot dog with shrip salad is something else. i have it at least once whenever i'm in norway. it's such a special treat for me.
I really want to eat every one of these, every one looks fantastic.

IDK where i would be without Chris Morocco recipes
Chris and Ines rock my world always!
Brad, you're missing out not poaching them in beer, they pick up so much added flavor. kind of like you do w/ your brats.
Hana's Swedish hotdog: Take away the shrimp salad and you have a classic Danish hotdog. The crispy fried onions are a must on Nordic hotdogs.
When Chris brought in the bubbies pickles it just made me love him even more
/waiting for Brad to put all the fermented things on his dog.
Fool, the sausage itself is fermented
He put fermented cabbage on his fermented raddish dawg
You were right. He did with the kimchi and sauerkraut.
Inés is so good at describing everything she’s doing
INES AGUIANO!!!!!! Hidden Gem!!!!
NO, not so much...
Was I the only one watching for Brad Leone? He’s the man
Full expected Brad to ferment the hot dog somehow
😂

Maggie hot and sweet is amazing on everything! You can find it in most supermarkets here in the uk
Honestly Chris is my favourite in general!!! Love his persona 😂❤
Because of Brad I tried Aji Amarillo sauce and I legit put it on everything now because it is so good 😂 Thank you!!!
Ines has been the best everytime i see her.
Nice to see doug demuro making an appearance @17:38
i saw maggi and i already know the hotdog bout to be lit
Rachel's, Ines's and Chris's, amazinggggg...
I'm with Kendra on the darker the better...marshmallows and hot dogs!
"Why dont we put mayo in our hotdogs? " **laughs in brazilian ** uhuull galera, não tem nada melhor do que um cachorro quente brasileiro
They all look good, especially Chris and Inés’
The corn dog is a banger, brads relish is definitely a move and Chris’s is something I would definitely be doing myself. I gotta try the shrimp one though weird but I’ll try.
You could start a very successful fancy hot dog restaurant with just these recipes..
Ines always Killin it I need the gamja
“Save the best for last” couldn’t be more true for this video.
Love Rachel's Hot dog! 🥺 That touch of Maggi Ketchup is a delicacy! ♥️
Ol Leone at it again
Each if these had interesting aspects to them.
The crispy fried onions and jalapeños that are in the salad section of your grocery store.. game changer on hotdogs
This is exactly the kind of video I don't need when I'm this hungry.
1:38 - I, for one, refuse to change my kind about raw onion. Raw onion belongs on EVERY hotdog, or at least every one of them that I eat.
Not Chris calling pickle juice “jous” 😂
The fact that no one wrapped their dog in bacon was upsetting.
Ines killed it omg!
How? how is she killing it?
@@johnlo6121 Dude, it's pretty pathetic that you feel the need to comment on all the comments that mention Ines.
I score and fry mine too, and one of my favorite ways to top it is hot honey, caramelized onion, Swiss cheese and bacon or pork floss.
I gotta say, I'm in Kendra's camp. "Put it in the fire and it should be crispy and charred almost to the point of, that's an alarmingly burnt piece of food you're eating."
Noticed a theme of Chris integrating asian condiments into his everyday cooking for a quick buzz of flavor.
I love Inés. Where I can see her more?
I don't know how chris and Brad can walk anymore carrying the whole weight of bon appetit
Exactly
Soft bun + Vienna dog + mustard. Insert in mouth. Enjoy.
Inés bringing the Whataburger ketchup to the spotlight!!!!
Brads Back! Yes!!!!
mustard, ketchup, danish remoulade, scliced pickles, fried onions
Oh, Bon Appetit! I didn't know they survived the "great exodus" Neat.
Chris Morocco gets it. Gotta love him.
The whataburger ketchup is indeed the best
Mexican Hotdog.. Stove Grilled Hotdog Tortilla On The Comal Cheese & Mustard..
I'm taking notes!
11:32 hearing Brad saying “wourder” and not having it on screen breaks my heart 💔 , i miss Hunzi so much man
Chef married to the swede was cool. No disrespect meant for not knowing her name but she seemed like a balance of knowledge and quirky excited humor.
Good content.
Good job!.
It’s much better when they try each other’s contributions…
Scamdemic cancel culture would crush them more than it already has
But I agree 💯
Desperately need a Bon Appetit collab with Jenna Marbles to make a comeback with "corn on the cob, but instead of a corn bone it's a hotdog"
the cross section of kendras hotdog sandwich is actually so amazing... i actually want to try this. Would probably grill skin side down first tho.
Where's It's Alive? Can we get another episode please?
Probably because there have been quite a few videos that have had some very questionable food safety concerns.
My favorite hot dog recipe: some sweetish bread, like a brioche bun, untoasted. A good german sausage like bockwurst, heated, not boiled. Some german sauerkraut, danish remoulade and danish roasted dried onions. There you are, the perfect hot dog.
True!
Dang that sounds good! Now I've got to order some Danish remoulade.
Sounds good but a bockwurst is not a hotdog
@@kingturtle1000 Why is a bockwurst not a hotdog?
@@RaXXha Because they are two different types of sausages? Not every sausage is a hot dog?
The zhong sauce is MY FAVORITE BTW
Growing up, the meat was called a weiner and it didn't become a hot dog until it was put into a bun with the different condiments.
Kendra was like 'The charry burnt bits are the best' and Brad is like 'NUN OF THAT' 😂
we stan ines!!!🥰
As a proud texan i was shocked when as i’m eating whataburger spicy ketchup it’s made it’s way into a gourmet kitchen
Rachel…I am with you! I LOVE raw onion! Trying Maggi because of you
Those gamja dogs would be almost perfect with kewpie mayo, a line of brown mustard, and no sugar.
My god! I’m a total only mustard and bun guy 🌭 however I so want that Gamja hotdog!
That gamja dog looks INSANE
I love how precise Chris is.
LMAO chris always make me laugh. The look on his face at the end when he thought about having to eat the hotdog on camera was priceless.
I love brad so much.
Omg, her Gamja Hot Dog.... 😋😍
I love these videos but I think it would be super entertaining if they brought in a “regular” person to try each dish.
