Shot At 14 During Father's Murder: Leigh Alliss

  • In the summer of 1990 Tony Alliss was shot and killed on his land, in a case that was supposedly self-defence, despite an unlicensed shotgun being used on an unarmed man.
20 minutes later Leigh Alliss, Tony's son, was shot in what the defendants claimed was an accidental discharge, even though the shotgun in question was still warm from his father's killing, would need to have been reloaded, and the position of the gun would have made hitting Leigh all but impossible.
Regardless of such glaring discrepancies, the case was overturned, and a subsequent civil trial ended the same way, with the details of the crime never being put in front of a jury.
Leigh tells the story of that fateful day, where his life went from there, and his continued efforts to seek justice for what he believes is a cover up.
He also played his father in a short film about the shooting called Cowardice - A True Story, which is available to watch on UA-cam. Link below.

Tony was a man I looked up to in my village, the man who drove around in a Land Rover and always put his hand up to me, even had the time for a chat and some strong words of advice, a man you hoped you could be one day, probably the nicest guy I’ve ever known and Leigh who is about to become my nephew in marriage I believe you and Lisa will make your dad so proud so mate whatever the outcome just remember your dad will only want what’s best for you, looking forward to your big day mate x

🫂 I don’t have the words. There isn’t anything I could say that would bring you much comfort, losing a parent is hard… this is something else. The emotion from you still feels so raw, I hope you heal and find some peace.

I worked with Leigh over a few years. When ever he mentioned his dad he was passionate but measured, all he wants is justice for his Dad. He was a great mate to work with and I hope he gets the justice he deserves. Cheers velvet!

Ray pit the copper at the time of the arrest of Leigh on maul. Said Leigh do not admit to anything as I have deliberately not cautioned you. So do not admit anything and it will be thrown out of court but Leigh unfortunately admitted to everything as he said in the interview

them guys was for a sure getting help from someone. i only say this because im sure just having a unlicensed weapon is a minimum of 5 years and aint it something like 12 months for each round. i mean i could be wrong i have not looked into it to find out in years. BUT EITHER WAY THESE BLOCKED SHOULD HAVE SERVED ATLEAST A FEW YEARS. even as a accidental death with a firearm you no. you see if i was to go down to the shop and get into some stuff with another man and punch him and he hits his head and dies im doing atleast a couple years bird surely. i mean it happened to a couple boys i no. one was on a night out clubbing got into a fight punched a man banged his head and died he got 5 years the other was a 15 or 16 year old at the time he was out with his mate at a shopping centre two pissed blockes started shouting stuff at them and it turnt into a fight the guy i no hit one of the guys he died and he got 2 years i think it was. so how them men never served more time i dont get. maybe the council was helping him and other "sponsors" maybe the higher people wanted the land for other stuff like sacrificing people or something on land where they wouldnt get found out. YOU NEVER NO RIGHT

UK in general the every town and village and major city's have a masonic lodge but don't start mason conspiracies when a man was murdered over boundaries of land by family in next farm/smallholding who went out to kill and sounds premeditated as unlicensed guns 2 I think doesn't say if had gun licence. Stinks of post in his borders at deep part woods dimly lit to lure victim into pulling posts then murder could've been shallow grave nearby thought after son came better kill witness and shot at son so accident set gun off emptied barrels into his dad and by magic abracadabra it reloads itself too shoot son neighbors prob have police friends who tried coverup back in 1990 still had local pigsbobby on beat community police smaller the villages more corruption and favouritism if community police came from town old pals act it's obvious every UK police forces are riddled with bent coppers from lands end to John o groats all 4 parts of Great Britain England Scotland Wales and Northern Ireland have the biggest gang in country wear checked hats or tit on head helmet who protected prolific offenders like Jimmy Saville half of thatchers cabinet hid in closets and abused got away with it but if biggest gangs your protection we are FCKED
