Oh thank you Tim for not cutting out the part when you muddled up for an instant in the middle! You are human! As a relatively new teacher, I occasionally forget something on the second side, and have to admit to students that teachers might know all the theory and the moves but can have a momentary loss of concentration, and then need to re-focus. The need for perfection is so strong within us, and to accept fallibility is a great strength. I always enjoy your classes as they focus equally on building strength and flexibility.

Bear hold with one leg raised - this really helps me strengthen! And a calm way to finish with the sabasan!

Great but challenging. The bent knee crescents are difficult for my old knees and hips. I love working on strength but sometimes I miss the sun salutations. Love doing pigeon again. Thanks, Tim, and namaste.

The strengthening poses were new to me and I enjoyed to get new stretches! Without the meditation at the beginning it would be much tougher to hold the strengthening poses. How you build these amazing combos, kudos! For the hip lifting pose with one leg lifted, I planted my palms on blocks for the first cycle, I guess that helped. And thanks for always reminding us to not let the back leg sleep, which I was doing before you asked not to.
So soothing yet tough one!
