these last days i've been feeling really down. i used to do yoga every day, because it calmed me down, but recently even my favorite practise of the day was not bringing me joy. today i gave it another chance and i'm amazed. i reconnected to myself and felt at peace. i thank you, charlie. ✨
This was a wonderful class. From the poses, to your calming and collected voice guiding me through them and the wonderfully fitting background music. The transitions between poses were fluid and there was enough time to rest before moving on to the next sequence. It didn't feel rushed. I loved it. Thank you!

I feel refreshed :3 I like a range of times, depending on how much energy I have or how my body feels on any particular day, so 30 minutes was perfect today, but I like anything from 30-60 minutes max.

This was gorgeous! The only thing I missed was not having wrist warmups because we basically jumped right into side plank. Thanks for another great practice! 😊 ETA: The music was really lovely and not at all distracting. Very soothing.

Love your flow, looks so natural and graceful. I'm a beginner and I have been struggling in doing my flows freely. Before I get on the mat I get so excited with all the poses in my head to do and then when I am actually on the mat I get stressed and I lose focus on my breathe and I don't know it does not happen like how I imagine it to be at the end... I am thinking of writing down my sequence before I start. and should I not listen to music? What do you suggest?
Hey thanks for your message. I honestly think music can be a great source of inspiration but if it’s distracting for you then practicing without could be good. You could try writing out your sequence but I’ve always found exploring through movement without an intention of the poses I want to do allows for much more freedom when practicing. Maybe give this a go, get on your mat and just move. Don’t think about how or what just do what comes naturally and you might surprise yourself. I hope this helps 🙏
