Phew, this was a tough one for me today! But so great to have sessions under 30 minutes as it means I can fit them into my lunch break!

I enjoy the short videos, less of an excuse to blow off exercise/yoga!! Committing to 25-30 mins is so doable on a regular basis, I love the long sessions too but the shorter ones fit the bill during busy times!

I like the length and intensity of this. Its my "woke up late"- or my "ready to quit my job by noon" go to workout. A great balanced start to the day or midday restart!

Thanks for continuing to give us these sessions during lockdown. The first knee up twist at the start of the class was really really difficult for me. Usually my balance improves over the course of the session but it’s harder to start with a balance. Just FYI! Don’t know if I’m unusual here.

Thanks Tim for another great class. The reminder of the neck position during the elbow side was relieving. Sometimes when you tell us to check your students pose, it can be tricky for me depending upon where my iPad is. If I look, I lose the pose.😂. Take care!

A perfect class to get my Saturday morning started! I was sweating by the end. Love your direction during the moves, constantly helps me remember to be in a pose or work through the flow correctly and with alignment. Thank you for always adding core and stretching at the end!

Wow, this was such a good flow. And that guidance at the end on how to twist properly and effectively was just perfect. I felt some discomfort on my right side initially, but as I followed your instructions to lengthen the spine, my body just relaxed and the pain went away. It felt so much better afterwards. This was such a yummy combo Tim--great way to stretch and strengthen, flawless transitions as always, felt my entire body engage in the sequence and blissfully relax after. Reasonable the time frame too--can fit this into mornings before work and avoid neck/back strains at the end of the day. Cheers
