Nag start ako mag low carb diet 3 months ago untel now, ganda kc ang gaan at unti2x munipis tiyan q… dati nong nag ririce pa ako, feeling q ang sikip2x ng katawan q, naninigas at nd maka takbo… dami pang sakit2x sa katawan na nararamdaman…. But now napaka gaan sa pakiramdam….👍👍👍

I totally agree with all of what you've said, Doc. NagLow Carbs fasting din ako. In 1 week, 3.5 klos na naLose sa weight ko po. Sinabayan ko pa ng exercise kaya, super amazing yung result po❤

Maikli lang ang buhay ng tao, kainin nyo ang gusto nyong kainin as long as balanse, lahat ng bagay lalo na sa pagkain masama ang kulang o sobra.
Enjoy life, bakit nyo ideprive ang sarili nyo na ienjoy ang ibat ibang uri ng pagkain.
Again, balance diet lang. Wag kumain na parang dinosaur o elepante dahil magkakasakit ka talaga. Personal opinion lang po. Salamat.
PS. You eat or you don't eat, lahat tayo mamamatay, the only question is when and how. Cheers🍻😊
We advocate Low Carb nutrition because this worked for us and many others. Hope you find what will work for you :)
Sa totoo lang kayong mga doctor ginugulo nyo ang utak ng tao. Iba iba ang tinuturo nyo. Dapat mag meeting kayo para mag come up kayo sa iisang program about sa proper diet. Talk to Dr. Paragas, sobrang nag cocontradic ang mga advise nyo.
Bawal kumain palagi ng itlog. Basta kainin lahat hindi lang over fatty foods. Importanti mag sport 2 or 3x a wk. Ako 48 na xs ,s size ng damit ko at manamit ng pang modern crop shirt ,mukhang line of 2 parin daw ako😅 kaya enjoy life hindi ako nag pipili ng pagkain control at discipline sa sarili para hindi mahirap e burning.

I think you need to encourage them to exercise too at their own phase... that's very important.. diet and exercise should always go together....

I will try to start LC today agian, i did tried this before last year october and i did rrally lose weight like 15lbs and tummy got smaller and then holiday came starting thanks giving till new year and now can't go back. Itong kasama ko sa bahay,hindi nagkakanin.breakfast niya,granola home made na may oatmilk.lunch and dinner niya,lentils(green,red),black beans,chickpeas.
Kung mag tinapay siya,home made wholemeal slice bread na may lamond butter or peanut butter (pips and nuts ang brand hindi matamis)tubig lang ang iniinom hindi nag-tea or coffeee no soda rin.mas magulay din siya.walang karne or itlog (kasi vegan siya).ang katawan niya may-abs.isang beses lang siyang mag-run s isang linggo.hindi siya tumataba,flat ang tiyan niya kahit kumain siya ng 2 bowls ng lentils n niluluto ko. (Ako ang nagluluto ng mga food niya).hindi naman siya payat n parang ginugutom ang sarili kundi Small ang size niya at 25inches ang baywang niya.matangkad almost 42yrs old n siya.maganda ang katawan niya,healthy siya.
Totoong nasa pagkain din ang pagtaba ng tiyan.😊

I start tomorrow doc..thanks for advice cos I have big tummy...not totally big..but I observe if am eating my tummy it's big...not good for me cos my legs ..h indi cya lumalaki doc..and not proportion sa katawan ko....so kailangan ko na mag start....am 52 yrs old pro gusto maganda akong tingan....even sa pananamit lang...am happy doc..

If you don’t have any complications of diabetes this can be done but if you already have kidney disease you have to be on a low Protein diet or you can end up on dialysis sooner with high protein diet . I’m a registered dietitian/ nutritionist licensed here in the USA. Salamat po

Not two weeks but at least 3 months intermittent consistently with intense exercise including lifting.
Depende kasi yon sa katawan ng tao at sa taba na naipon sa tyan mo . Ako nga 1week nararamdaman kong lumiliit ang tyan ko mula ng sinusunod ko yung healthy diet way, nag try ako kung mag work kahit di ako nag eexercise at nag wowork naman. Lalo siguro kung mag exercise pa.
Tama si doc kung gusto nyo maliit ang tiyan no rice talaga at iwas sa mga drink na matamis

Hello Doc. Good morning. I watched at least 8 of your videos before I tried the LC and IF program.
I find it very doable and effective. You are right, I do not get hungry and can go on with two meals a day without snacking. Eating can still be a compulsion, but this time I also mind what I snack on. It could be singkamas or leftover chicken or fish or adobo. A morsel of protein will do or just black coffee. I still drink native chocolate from tablea, but with a little sugar or with milk but without sugar. In 6 weeks, I lost fat in my midsection. I noticed that I don't have joint pains reduced by 60 per cent.
When I cook my LC diet is just like cooking chopsuey. double the veggies and the meat and that is it. Also i try the sequential intake of my food and other hacks like drinking a glass of cold water with a tablespoon of any vinegar, taken at the beginning of my meal and sipped like wine. From the chop suey, segregate the veggies and enjoy them first, second the protein chicken, pork or liver/shrimp, followed by carbs and dessert. Slowly, savor the food. By the time I get to the carbs, I am almost full and go direct to dessert.
Eat a garden of veggies. I tried this the first time, I loaded steamed veggies from the garden, malunggay, alugbati and kangkong. Seasoned with sinamak vinegar with a little salt. Goes well with fish broiled or steamed too.
Applying the Circadian fasting, eating window when the sun is up is also doable. This comes naturally compatible with intermittent fasting. I tried to prolong my breakfast time. If I eat my last meal at 6pm
I try to eat breakfast the next day at 6 am, then 8am. I try to listen to my stomach when it signals that I already need to eat. This works for me.
I also discovered incorporating our native achara into my LC meal. These are fermented local vegetables that I also make and I took away the sugar and instead put a little salt. It helps with my steamed preparations. I am 70 years old and from Gen. Santos City. Watching your videos keeps me on track.
