    Doc maraming salamat sa programa nyo, you know I have been a diabetic for 25 years already. Since 1999 upto this present 2024, akala ko hindi na ako gagaling dahil kahit paano ako mag diet at mag exercise mataas pa rin ang sugar ko to 14. kun hindi ako mag diet umabot ang aking sugar to 28 -29 ang sabi ng iban hindi na ako gagaling so I lost hope, Nang narinig ko❤ang programa nyo just the other day binuhay mo ang aking pag asa . immediately I follow your program na low carb or no rice at all. No sugar white and brown and no rice white or brown and no bread white or brown and no soft drinks and juices and no more fruits at all. I ate only chicken , fish, cow meat and eggs. After 2 days nag pa fbs ako just this morning and to my surprise just this afternoon when I get the result my sugar is very normal only 5 . I almost cry dahil gagaling na ako, From the bottom of my heart doc ako nagpapasalamat sa iyo , maraming salamat doc and I pray that the Lord will repay you sa knowledge na gin share nyo. From now on e maintain ko lang ang low carb diet ko, again maraming salamat po, God bless po

    Nung unang ilang times na nanood po ko,parang ang hirap mag sink in,parang ang hirap ifollow even some of the low carb advice,after sometime naisip ko din parang need na imodify yung diet ko po,kasi slightly obese po ko,at recently me plantar fasciitis po ko,kayo lang po at sarili Kong pagbabago lang ang nakatulong sa kin. No amount of good medicine could solve all my medical problems,many thanks 🙏 for being an eye opener for most of us. Daig mo pa ang most ng endocrinologist natin po

    Hi doc,when i tried to stop eating rice,all of my allergies seems to disappear,from rhynitis,to acne,to rushes.rice is the real culprit,your right,its really bad for the health.your really great doc,and tnx for the advices❤

    after doing the Low Carb/Keto diet (+IF) in less than 2 months, all my blood chem tests came out NORMAL and within range. Previously, I have high levels of Uric Acid (12+) and triglycerides. On BMI, I came from overweight to Normal weight.
    I cannot STRESS enough how SUGAR is the main culprit of our modern diet.
    I removed rice, bread and all fructose food and drinks (juice + sodas). The only fruit i prefer is avocado, and the drink I take is lemon water (no sugar).
    I can do fasting as far as 36hrs, and can go longer due to having achieve satiety.
    I do keto urine tests almost every day, and I remain in a state of ketosis.
    Those who want to start this diet, eliminate the sugar gradually, not immediately. sinanay ksi tayo ng mga lolo/lola natin sa rice diet. so wag biglain... you'll get there if you are determined enough.
    promise it is all worth it once you see your blood chem tests and see your weight going down. :)

    Squat 50x before meal and immediately walk after meal. Drink water with vinegar before and during meal. Eat rice last.
    Drink SGLT2 inhibitor before meal

      Drinking water with a meal interferes with digestion.. Vinegar causes bloating due to fermentation of food in the gut when actively combined with food..

      Thank you for such succinct explanation! I was prescribed metformin but was able to reverse diabetes by practicing Keto-genic and Intermittent Fasting. The logic is carbs does make us hungry, kaya hindi nakakatagal ang iba sa Intermittent Fasting. Ang maganda dito ay ang explanation ng net carb loads. It is advisable to eat organic eggs and good fats after long fasting like salmon and avocado. I used to weigh 152 Ibs down to 128 but thanks to IF, healthy keto na reverse.

    Hello doc. Since nakita ko po kayu SA UA-cam lahat nang videos nyu po ay tinitingnan ko na. Unsang view ko po is Yung 5 na pagkain nang kanser. Since then vegetables na po Yung pinapakain ko po SA boyfriend ko. He has a stage 4 metastasic adenocarcinoma 😭. Thanks po doc. It really help a lot

    Tingin ko Doc dapat mas magandang ipaliwanag din yung balance sa food intake at workload ng bawat tao. Gaya ko na 12 hours a day in an average temperature of 3*C kung kakain ka lang ng 1 cup of rice a day you’ll be dead in a month 😅

    Bsta ako msaya, kc d na ako masyadong ngki crave sa rice. B4 pang ngpandemic meron na akong 1 1/2 maintenance. But, b4 pa ako magpa bloodchem, ng 3 consecutive days akong loe carb,ng magpa bloodchem ako, "almost" perfect na yung result na bloodchem ko!

    Hello Doc. What are your insights on resistant starch and its impact on blood glucose levels? Some studies have shown that cooling rice for 24 hours in a refrigerator can create resistant starch, resulting in little to no spike in blood glucose or insulin levels. Have you seen any evidence supporting this? Also, can you explain how resistant starch functions as a fiber or prebiotic?

    Gaano po kadami ang 1 cup ng rice? Iba oba kasi yung sukat. Sa mga karinderya maliit lang, sa inyo po parang 1 1/2 - 2cups na sa karinderya. TIA

O pang breading sa chicken. Puede ba ito low carbs o high carbs.     Dok im only 42 kilos and im 42yrs old..meron po akong maintainance sa puso carvid kc may mitral valve regurgitation and niting january nagpa blood chemistry po ako at duon nalaman ko na mataas ang sugar ko. 6.58..di po ako uminum ng gamot pambababa ng sugar nagstart po ako maglowcarb..dok kailangan pa ba ako mag fasting kc 42kls lng po ako

    Hi doc,since sept 2022 d n aq nagrarice,last january 2023 nagcheck up aq s rheumahologist /internist ko at dala ang complete lab ko lahat ay mababa,,,natuwa sya at natuwa ako,,may RA, fibromylgia at hypertension po aq madami aq iniinomn gamot,,,,nag ssteroid po aq dahil s tuwa nya pinabawasan nya s akin ang steroid ko hanggang s alisin nya ito,kasabay nmn ng pagchecheatday ko unti unti ko nararamdaman n nadadagdagan ang pananakit ng katawan balisa aq lagi at d makatulog,kinailangan ko bumalik s kanya nong 2nd week ng february,ibinalik nya ang steroid at dinagdagan pa ,pero parang walang nangyayari kahit may tramadol at pregabalin p aq n iniinom,,minsan dko maiwasan mag cheatday ito po kaya ang dahilan kaya lalong sumasakit ang lahat ng parte ng katawan ko..pls. answer me doc thanks...

      Sabi Ng Doctor Successful ang operation at okay ang body.
      Hindi po talaga ako kumakain ng kanin talaga. Di ko muna sundin huwag kainin ang kanin?

    Ang mga pagkain po ba Ng mga delata na pagkain like sardinas, century tuna at iluto ko with egg gisa sa sibuyas at kamatis. Puede po ba ito. For low budget lang po.

    Doc, are malunggay seeds also bad? just in case, it's not in your radar so with the rest of your viewers. Room temperature dried Malunggay seeds when chewed tastes like a peanut/mani may kakapiranggot na tamis pag kinain mo pero the after effect is that after chewing 2 or 3 seeds , lahat ng kakainin o inumin mo ay matamis na. kahit uminom ka ng kapeng walang asukal matamis na pagka kumain ka muna ng buto ng malunggay. Since healthy ang malunggay, hindi ko lang alam kung glucose din ang seeds nito pagkanatunaw na si tiyan. thanks Doc.

    Doc nahirapan ako kasi pur0 karne dito sa work ko pero walang gulay gawa ng hindi ako makalabas . So pwede pala ako magrice pero siguraduhin kolang na ito ay sukat lng sa 45grams. Sana mapansin pero hindi konaman sya kakain ng isang upuan lang unti unti lang po kasi wala talagang gulay sa work ko ...... puro karne tlaga dito sana mapansin moko parang awa mona dok
