Art improvement is 50% a mental battle, 50% a physical one, and it's all about stuff that has very little to do with actually drawing. Of course you need to sit down and do it right? But, all of my art growth has stemmed from working through old issues, thinking about why I don't want to draw on any given day, and taking care of myself physically. Thanks for the video.
A good night's sleep can do more for your art improvement than a week of the "grind". Definitely agree about keeping the right headspace before drawing.
