It's a myth that brushless is better, it might perform better because it's generally newer than the brushed tool but a brushed tool will outlast a brushless tool and it's not the motor that will go on the brushless it the control chip that ends up going, brushed tools eventually you have to replace the brushes but they last a very long time
A myth??? You've got to be kidding me. You think a piece of silicon(the chip) which generally endure 10+ years before failure, would wear out before brushes...??? Not to mention the 4-6x cutting time improvement with the brushless...Trust me, I own the brushed craftsman and it "works" but only with patience.
Does the brushless tool vibrate less in the hand than the brushed craftsman?
It is smoother! Thanks for watching!
Is the brushless motor more responsive to the trigger?
I didn't notice a difference
Brushless is single speed?
No, its variable. I should have pointed that out.
Gotta admit. My Oscillating tool does look funny in a 4ah battery, lol.
Now I gotta buy the brushless model (which was not out when I bought the brushed one).
🤗🤗🤗🤗🤗🤗🙂🙂🙂👍👍👍

You don't believe your "lying eyes"?
