NOTE: I'm not sponsored by any one or company. All the tools I review, I paid for myself.
I'm a DIYer. I'm not a professional mechanic. I don't work in the field at any level. I have done much of the work on all my cars for decades.
I have a lot of Stanley tools. They're my favorite brand because I know I can rely on them. All the tools I have, I've bought. I am not paid to give any particular tool a good review.
I just like using tools and sharing information on tools and experiences.

What that sizes of the lights 1st time finding out lights sizes I always thought that same
I got lost about the rotation. My bottom lock & side cabinets are 90 degrees. The top chest is 180. How can you get admiral with different rotations and yet the same key?
Lowes' delivery was supposed to assemble it. He didn't. He dumped it on my driveway, took a photo, and left. The manual was incomplete so it took me forever to assemble it. I haven't used a push mower in 25 years, so I'm very rusty. First, it was going too fast and I didn't know how to adjust the speed. After an hour plus online, I finally found out how. I had the mower deck as high as it would go, and although the grass was only about 4" high, it kept struggling, then turning off. I finally decided to go slower and mow only half a strip. I have less than a 1/4 acre, yet it took me forever to do it and I had to restart it several times. I never had this problem with my old push mower or my riding mower. This thing is a piece of $hit.
Lol Hammer Time. I needed to see this video. Hammer in hand, I realized that there was no clearance on my Suburban, next was the drill, and after about six holes, the lock came off.
Even though the light is green, can you still leave it in to "maintain"? Just checking. Thx!
Yes, especially when you don't use the battery for months
you did not show what to do with the extra wiring and where to shove that. I am struggling trying to just get the two bolts in for the shaft. Whats the trick? FYI NO BATTERY OR CHARGER. OMG
Why did GM make it so ridiculously hard to access the most simple components on this car? I have a 2017 Traverse LT and to just have the headlamps replaced the entire front bumper had to be removed. What should have been a simple, $20, 20 minute fix resulted in having to pay $200 to have the body shop replace the bulbs. I'm having this window issue now and its not even worth it to me have it fixed, since its just the passenger side window for now.
The universal piece can help you push more coolant from your system when you drain the old coolant.
Does it have a lock?
No lock from keeping it to open
Great video, lots of helpful details, nice and easy. Done in five minutes. Thank you
You're welcome! It's better than taking the bumper off! Thanks for watching!
misleading. I ended up takinig mine back because the LHS of the wire to be stripped did not stay put during the process and slid through the LH jaw despite operating the wire stripper precisely as demonstrated on this and other videos. After taking them back to the retail outlet they agreed and swopped over for another pair which did precisely the same thing. The customer service lady and myself eventually worked out it was only by putting your thumb on the left hand edge would they work as demonstrated. Once mastered it did what it said. It may be that the latest production left hand jaws do not hold the wire in position while stripping. Very misleading and the instruction that came with them explained very little with no explanation of the circular dial in the centre. of the jaws
I just picked this up for $15. Everything looks brand new, never used. All items say Stanley Professional, except the extension. It has nothing on it but looks brand new. These tool never touched a bolt by the looks of them. The steel box is great.
Nice!
Can you get to the Hy-Vee through the same way?
I think so
whats the difference to a drill hammer?
Drill mode for going into wood. Hammer mode for going into concrete.
@@toolinhand how abt a drill with no hammer, this one is just littler, isnt it?
@@toolinhand I think having a regular drill makes no point on buying this, dont you think?
This is for small jobs
Nice instructional. Thank you
You're welcome. Thanks for watching!
standard smart practice when working on battery's is to disconnect the Neg. lead first and reconnect it last .....
Who said I was smart?
I’m curious why so many people totally replace these (window switches)when they are so easy to clean…just curious
what green paint did you use? I am looking to do this mod, but I have not found a close green paint yet.
I don't remember. Thanks for watching!
No need to buy a door, just use gorilla tape. It is nice and thick and incredibly sticky
Love seeing videos like this thanks
Any suggestions on starter bit set or dust catch bag?
I’d say it had a dead battery
When in a Flashlight buying mood, wives have no input, absolutely no say so in the decision making process are not allowed to interfere. _Married_ _guys_ _will_ _believe_ _that,_ _right?_
Hi TiH - were you kidding/being sarcastic when you said you never have to change the oil? I just bought (used) my first ever Craftsman lawn mower today and I'm wondering if I need to top up the oil regularly?
They claim you don't have to change it. But, most definitely change it. I do, and you should, too. If you don't every season, then you risk contaminating your engine and cause premature wear and tear.
Great video...sad that you're forced to watch 5 minutes of garbage before it plays though!!!
Thanks for watching my garbage!
This is crazy. I might trade it. Just because of this.
I don't think many new vehicles are much better
Does this permenatly damage it?
No it doesn't.
Is it necessary to buy filters?
You can wash the filter
I usually do my research before I buy things but I went ahead and bought this thing all I got to do is hang a door and it looks like it's going to do just fine
I wish you had a bad or dead battery to try so you could show how this charger socks. If you have a good battery that gets below 6v it will just sit and do Nothing....Ahh that's why you need a charger.... even if you try the Engine Start function it won't wake it up to charge. It really needs a "manual charge" function, even if it just charged for 10 minutes at a time, that would probably get the voltage up enough for the auto charge to work.
yeah that's quite interesting video makes me think of some other things but my lawn mower video was just to cover which would make the motor cooler running at higher RPMs or lower RPMs and I'll probably make one more video of that with a couple different temperature gauges
I understand. I just wanted to share this.
@@toolinhand thank you very much. I appreciate it.
Thank you!
You're welcome. I'm glad I could help
glad theres always that random video out there on youtube to be randomly found when you need it like this
How do you access the motor at the top? Mine is making a super loud noise now and I can't figure out the source.
I'm not sure. Maybe there's a disassembly video out there.
Thank you so much for your video you just saved me some money.. 🥃🥃👍👍
You're welcome. I'm glad I could help!
This video was just what i needed. Thanks!!!

No debris fell out... ?
Nope!
I don’t care about blades as long as they are sharp 😊😊😊
Hold the handle and spin the wrench
I did. Thanks for watching
I cant find that attachment anywhere i look. Ive found the offset B&D attachment but thats it.
I found an Amazon link to one of them amzn.to/3WbiS1a
How to: get the excess wiring into handle. Also, instructions explicitly instruct NOT to use a sharp object. i.e. screwdriver to the wires out of the way. Unnecessary.
I pushed the lock lever and the edger blade spins but stops when I put it where I want to edge, I am holding the lock button in

Dude, old video but thank you. Wasnt exactly taught common sense around tools by the old man despite me being an engineer now haha better safe than sorry!
I love this trend of shipping tools with moving parts and no grease.
Yup. No oily hands when I remove them from the package 😂
I just needed to know where it was. You showed me exactly what I needed to know, thanks! And remember man, you're never gonna be able to help everyone. You could hold some of these peoples hands while doing it & they'll still be as lost as a biddie in high weeds😅.
