I can attest to this! This is a one of a kind workout - it gets you sweating, trembling, you feel the muscles burning and activating, buut you feel great afterwards! You actually don't feel drained and exhausted, and you get minimal soreness the day after! A really, really one of a kind workout. Thanks Madeleine!💋💋
this one was a great burn. after each move i didnt know if i could keep going but im stronger than i thought! my power has been out for a few days so i didnt have air conditioning so i didnt work out for 2 days and this was a great one to jump back into! absolutely love your stuff.

Let me tell you, too.. I continued these exercises for a week and noticed that my legs and waist became thinner and more beautiful. Therefore, do these exercises if you want to burn leg fat, and do not forget to eat fruits and healthy things, and reduce sweets and sugars. 🎀@@arri.valkova

this was an amazing and refreshing workout! it incorporated some of my favorite exercises and had multiple deep core exercises that i’ve been trying to capitalize on lately. i experienced quite the challenge, but nothing i haven’t tried before. i wasn’t as intimidated which allowed me to enjoy the workout while still feeling the burn. i was in sweat and felt very accomplished afterwards. i’ll definitely add this to my routine! :)

@@tapsisxoxo it is not that hard to lost 8 pounds in a week. It depends on your metabolism and hormones. Maybe she just relieved the edema in her body. No need to think about how she achieved this. If you are willing to also lost pounds it is all about your balance

hey guys! i've just started pilates after doing my own workout to try and exercise different muscles. i'll update every day with how i feel for a week! (i'm also doing this creator's 15 min toned workout, and a kpop singer's ab workout (takes 5 mins) in addition). i've already done two days so i'll fill those in: day 1 - was wayy harder than i thought. the legs nearly killed me day 2 - slightly easier, not really seeing a difference yet but that's okay 👍 day 3 - took less breaks, i prefer this workout than the 15 minute ones because the exercises are for 30 secs instead of 45 lol day 4 - i ate wayyy too much today, but still doing this lol. i'm growing to like the burn. for some reason my knees feel unstable on all fours? idk what that's about lmao day 5 - my room was so hot. i have never sweated more in my life. but took less breaks lol day 6 - it was easier but my room was still ridiculously hot day 7 - was a lot easier. don’t see any noticeable changes but i feel a lot better so i would recommend definitely!!

I'll do like any workout of hers, mostly the ab+waist ones and the full body. once a day for 5 days of the week. then i finish it off with a 5 minute running, jumping, skipping typa thing... only 5 cuz i. dread and hate cardio. ya thats it and i eat 3 times a day. no diet just focused on portion control. hope this helps 💕

I'm trying to have a daily morning routine and I will be adding this workout to it, on top of my normal gym sessions. They just seem like a great peaceful addition that will put me in a really good mood. Excited to start in 2 weeks from now ( I will give weekly updates once I start)

trying to get as many days i can and as a motivation for you guys. Day 1: ✅ i was literally death after the 18 minutes lol i‘m pretty sure i’ll have sore muscles tomorrow. Got barely air between the breaks maybe because i‘m inexperienced and i haven't done exercises like this for a long time Day 2: ✅ yeah i actually had sore muscles the whole day and i felt it this time as well but i don’t see any difference with my body as expected (i mean it’s just the 2st day lol) but i‘m trying to change my diet to lost extra weight to make my body more healthy for the exercises Day 3: ✅ i already did a workout this morning, which is why i was "worse than usual" during this video my stomach and legs in particular hurt, but probably also from the sore muscles from day 1 and day 2 (If I look closely, i can see small changes. My belly fat has decreased and my waist is a little thinner but i can't see any difference in my legs and especially my thighs) but i keep going see you on day 4! Day 4: ❌ skipped this time because i didn’t felt good Day 5: ✅ At the beginning i had no motivation i got my period today and had severe abdominal pain throughout the day. it wasn't fun, that's probably because of my hormones, but i don’t liked the exercises today. However, it can be more difficult because of my period or because i skipped day four

I split my week with 1/2 full body and 3/4 abs+core 3/4and glutes/lower body. But I usually mix hers with Lidia Mera and Shirlyn Kim videos. But if you’re looking for an hourglass shape kind of body, Madeleine’s workouts are the best. I’m fully toned and I do have a waist now 💪🏻 it’s been 2 month since I started, just for reference

But I'll trust my progress ❤ ★ 02-05-24 - I was able to do all 3 sets great with a couple of breaks here and there. When the 4th set came I had a hard time continuously doing the exercises so I took breaks more. I was able to finish the workout with the help of little breaks. Progressing already after 2 tries ❤ ★ 02-26-24 - Finished the workout! Sweated not much. But I did the exercises finer than my last tries. I had a hard time during the last set but I'm all good. ★ 03-04-24 - Finished the workout with minimal pauses! First workout for March. I am sweating more now compared to my first tries. I hope to do this consistently now. ★ 03-06-24 - Finished workout! I did a different exercise yesterday. I am falling in love with this workout. I can endure 2 sets without rest. I am still working on doing the last set with minimal rest. Well, progress is what's important. I plan to do a HIIT after this. There’s this little tik noise at the start of each exercise. She’s already in position at that point but it helps if you listen for it.

what workouts of hers do u do?? do you do 1 then repeat for some weeks or do u do different ones each day?
I'll do like any workout of hers, mostly the ab+waist ones and the full body. once a day for 5 days of the week. then i finish it off with a 5 minute running, jumping, skipping typa thing... only 5 cuz i. dread and hate cardio. ya thats it and i eat 3 times a day. no diet just focused on portion control. hope this helps 💕

I'm trying to have a daily morning routine and I will be adding this workout to it, on top of my normal gym sessions. They just seem like a great peaceful addition that will put me in a really good mood.

i was literally death after the 18 minutes lol i‘m pretty sure i’ll have sore muscles tomorrow. Got barely air between the breaks maybe because i‘m inexperienced and i haven't done exercises like this for a long time
Day 2: ✅
yeah i actually had sore muscles the whole day and i felt it this time as well but i don’t see any difference with my body as expected (i mean it’s just the 2st day lol) but i‘m trying to change my diet to lost extra weight to make my body more healthy for the exercises
Day 3: ✅
i already did a workout this morning, which is why i was "worse than usual" during this video my stomach and legs in particular hurt, but probably also from the sore muscles from day 1 and day 2 (If I look closely, i can see small changes. My belly fat has decreased and my waist is a little thinner but i can't see any difference in my legs and especially my thighs) but i keep going see you on day 4!

At the beginning i had no motivation i got my period today and had severe abdominal pain throughout the day. it wasn't fun, that's probably because of my hormones, but i don’t liked the exercises today. However, it can be more difficult because of my period or because i skipped day four

which of hers did you do specifically?

- 15min toned ab&waist line
- 15 min ab strong&define core
-10 minutes hourglass abs
and then I also do some hourglass full body workouts. I split my week with 1/2 full body and 3/4 abs+core 3/4and glutes/lower body. But I usually mix hers with Lidia Mera and Shirlyn Kim videos. But if you’re looking for an hourglass shape kind of body, Madeleine’s workouts are the best. I’m fully toned and I do have a waist now 💪🏻 it’s been 2 month since I started, just for reference
I have been doing Pilates for 2 months and it works and changes my body shape the main thing is I can sleep much better.

★ 01-29-24 - I did this workout at night before sleeping but I didn't get to do the last few exercises. But I'll trust my progress ❤
★ 02-05-24 - I was able to do all 3 sets great with a couple of breaks here and there. When the 4th set came I had a hard time continuously doing the exercises so I took breaks more. I was able to finish the workout with the help of little breaks. Progressing already after 2 tries ❤
★ 02-26-24 - Finished the workout! Sweated not much. But I did the exercises finer than my last tries. I had a hard time during the last set but I'm all good.
★ 03-04-24 - Finished the workout with minimal pauses! First workout for March. I am sweating more now compared to my first tries. I hope to do this consistently now.
★ 03-06-24 - Finished workout! I did a different exercise yesterday. I am falling in love with this workout. I can endure 2 sets without rest. I am still working on doing the last set with minimal rest. Well, progress is what's important. I plan to do a HIIT after this. Exciting!
★ 03-07-24 - Done working out! 2 days in a row ❤ I woke up earlier but exercised late lol but great achievement. As always, I experienced a lot of sweat. I'll do a 10 min HIIT workout after this :)
★ 03-19-24 - Produced lots of sweat as always. Stopped for a while because I tried other workouts (I added cardio but regretted it lol). I was able to finish the session with minimal rest.
★ 03-20-24 - Slowly memorizing the series of exercises. I produced a lot of sweat and is even catching my breath. It's getting easier for me but I realized I'm sweating more now compared to my first tries. I guess I'm doing the exercises better than before. Since I didn't do the workout consistently in the past week, I guess there's no change in my weight, but there surely be a change in my progress.
★ 04-10-24 - Stopped for almost 2 weeks (IG?) and expected for me to be back to square one with finding it hard to do some exercises but I can do it precisely now. Still progress ❤
★ 04-16-24 - It's been 6 days since I last did this exercises. I found it hard to be consistent, but I still try. Today is harder than the rest. But still, progress.

HI!:) thank you for a good video. just wanted to say that when it was an exercise for both legs, it happened more than once that u did an exercise for one leg but forgot the other. (so i needed to go backwards in the video to do it again for the other leg.) just saying so you'll know for the next videos. love your workouts! you doing it amazingly good:)
