I loved this routine, it's perfect, I was able to finish the exercises, with a little difficulty as it was my first time, but I did it and I will improve as the days go by 🩷🦢🫧

i have been following her videos for almost a week, with a basic diet (no junk food, not eating after 9 pm and not overeating) but i still cant see any difference about my body. am i doing something wrong? i'd appreciate any suggestions
in reality, i don't think your body will truly have a transformative change just by doing this for fifteen minutes a day. i think it's more like you're building strength within yourself, which is something you should be proud of too! maybe try targeting and "identifying" the burn in certain exercises, like the leg lifts where you should feel the burning sensation in your thighs. i think that's when you know it's effective. but tbh the hard truth is you'll need to dedicate more minutes to working out. you'll get demotivated very fast if you just aim for results and it's not sustainable, so enjoy the burn and the workouts, as difficult as the pain is
@@emilygenda i totally get your point and thank you for your reply! but im following her both pilates plans (weekly and monthly) and sometimes do my own workouts (crunches, push ups, squat etc.). so I'm working out at least 30 minutes a day. I've seen others always saying "it's day X for me I'm starting to see results!!!", so I wondered if I was doing something wrong.
@@mir3naI think you’re doing it great, I started seeing results in the second - third week doing her Pilates + more, the important is that you’re being consistent, all bodies are different, so maybe that’s why you haven’t seen any results yet :)) be patient❤️❤️

First just by doing 15 minutes a day is pretty good to get results but everything is about consistency I lift light weights for my arms and back once a week and aswell try to do a leg and glute focus day and the rest its kinda just full body pilates and also having a balance diet will help you but everyone is different. You’ll learn as you go but stay consistent with everything and be patient.

been there, i had to take awhile to build up arm strength! try not to put so much pressure on your wrists, try to engage the bicep muscles instead.
How many calories do you burn with this workout?

It becomes possible y’all. For me personally, after doing this daily for about a week ( with 2 rest days ), I’m able to do this without taking any breaks. And my abs are thanking me.Just keep going
does it give u a smaller waist too kinda? and are your thighs getting smaller too
@@R4VENLIMINALSThere’s no way to spot loose fat, but keep working out for your health, try not to focus on specific body parts. Move and work your whole body and you will see results, but please make sure you’re doing it for healthy reasons🫶

I think if plank positions really bother your wrists a workout like this can definitely be preformed on your forearms with slight modifications of with yoga blocks as wrist supplements!

"Many of these exercises require a reminder about the technique. For example, when you lift your left arm and right leg simultaneously while on all fours, it is VERY important to keep your back straight and not to arch your lower back. Also, your shoulders should not be slumped. When you lift your legs while on all fours, there should be no strain on your lower back. In the downward dog (ass up) pose, you should look at your big toes."

I’ve been pregnant twice within the last two years, back to back. My second pregnancy Im still at my pregnant weight…. Decided to go on a diet but wanted to do beginners exercise. This was perfect! I did 5 min of this video, then did another 5 the next day & finished off the video the third day. That’s how out of shape I am! lol But I definitely feel the burn and I’m a bit sore!

I get what you mean but some of us enjoy her videos for the exact reason that she doesn’t narrate. There are plenty of creators who already do this. Maybe she could make supplementary shorts to explain some of her moves? But I really hope she doesn’t start narrating over her videos. They won’t feel the same and not nearly as meditative.
Just finished my first pilates workout on this channel after a long time, it was so hard to me that i couldn't finish it all, but i am sure in some weeks i'll get better and feel stronger. I will daily update this comment to keep mine and other beginners' motivation high and record my progresses❤
Day one: i sweated a lot and couldn't do every exercises but feel more energetic
Day two:it was hard but I was able to do every exercise
Day three: a little beat easier than yesterday, tomorrow i will rest

Did the exercises get easier to do with time ? I tried pilates for the first time today with this video and some of them were challenging to do and hurt my wrists 🤧
How long did it take for you to notice results?
@@aniceperson1910 it normally would take a week to see small results, but depends on how much pilates you do!

I was like you at first but I gained flexibility thanks to her trainings (5/6x/week) and now I'm able to keep my legs straight (or at least straighter than before 😂)

Day 4✅️(updating late) Don't see much diff yet but took lil less breaks today. It didn't pain today either. But I feel so good rn!!
Day 5✅️ not sweating like I used to before it was easy for me today except the starting ones, they make my wrists hurt so. Still don't see much diff but I can feel that my balance has improved. Also, my right arm and hand are shaking alot.
Day 6✅️ since these exercises were getting easy for me I switched to 20 mins full body workout of hers. Love it too. It was a lil difficult for me
Day 7❌️ couldn't do it.
Day 8✅️ trued to do 30 mins workout of hers but couldn't complete it did it for 18 mins.
Day 9✅️ just completed 25 mins workout of hers( I feel the changes as I am able to do exercises better but today's pne really got me shaking. But I don't see much results yet but it feels so good. I weigh 72 kg and 5'3 ft is my height so let's go)
This was an easy workout for me maybe cause I also follow another workout which actually kills me from the inside! But your channel is one of the most useful ones I’ve seen and subscribed to till now💗💗

Do you have any tips for if my neck hurts doing the exercises around the ten minute area of this video? Thank you so much your videos are amazing !!
you can do them without lifting your neck, just keep your head flat and make sure your core is engaged and you should still feel it! another tip I’ve heard is to put your finger tips behind your ears when doing those exercises instead of cupping your head because it strains your neck!
This is a great workout if I could suggest some instruction between those pauses where you are transitioning so I know what's next

Does anyone have any tips for hand placement. I feel like i wouldn’t have to take breaks so often if I could find ways to limit the hand/wrist pain.
i have the same problem especially because i have a disability that affects my arm. for exercises where she’s using her hands to push her up, like in 3:18, i just put my arms in the position she has it in 5:22. her entire arm is flat on the ground. this gives me more stability and takes strain off my wrists. try not to bend your wrists to much and instead use your upper arms to hold you or try to modify the workout to the best of your ability. if the exercise doesn’t align with my disability i just replace it with a similar one that’s easier. it still works and i get my workout completed.
